Reviewed By S4661PU_I have booked a Fiesta Suite in ABC hotel for the first time and I would rank my stay at 10 out of 10. The best staff, parties, food and guests. We were also allowed to extend our check out for a couple of hours without any charge. Will definitely book again.

Reviewed By arnell bfrom the very beginning when emailing my booking & transport request it was quick & professional & on point. the ladies recognised immediately who I was and responded accordingly. my specific room request were adhered to down to an ironing board & steam iron inclusive of additional towels and a chair to be placed in the shower and additional pillows. the driver collecting me at the airport was on time as always. it was AWESOME as plenty of the Pacific Breeze Hotel staff are now at Central Park Towers (CPT) and from the doorman, receptionist ( all of them on all shifts ), cleaning staff, restaurant staff & even the guy cleaning the pool greeted as if I was family returning home. THIS, MADE MY STAY SO MUCH MORE REWARDING. my room was spotless & the AC kicked in instantly. a kettle in the room is a blessing and those reviewers requesting free coffee, slippers etc. should realise that traveling has changed and if you can afford to stay at CPT then you can afford to purchase your own instead of expecting all the above freely. In my opinion and so soon after a relaxation of Covid rulings, Management has done an EXCELLENT JOB. KUDO's to Management for maintaining almost all their previous staff and we are all aware of what the world has experienced in the last +2years. In my honest opinion, an admirable feat. My guest commented that the food was excellent & fresh & very well prepared with generous portions. Restaurant personnel even remembered after 2years that I loved a fresh fruit platter in the morning. Every meal was good & this spread over 8 days & nights. The one time I made use of room service it was quick & the food was still hot. The rooftop bar has excellent ventilation. On two evenings I enjoyed the Live Music which was never too loud nor did they play "CLUB" music. Thank you CPT for still providing RED HORSE BEER as many PHP establishments no longer provide. There was a review some time back that mentioned the restaurant was frequested by "old, loud and old men showing off". I encountered very friendly men of all Nationalities simply enjoying themselves with never a harsh word mentioned nor drunkeness. check-out was smooth without any negative issues and once again a friendly driver took me to the airport.

You need noise cancelling earphones for loud neighbours
Reviewed By iamkingrogerOk-ish. The bed was great but the bathroom looks dated however the shower itself was good. Shame the guest who was partying can be heard quite loud in my room. The staff at the restaurant was inattentive to the point that I wasn't charged for my beer and luckily I remembered it.

Reviewed By 875markjDespite visiting angeles 20 times I had never stayed at the Queens hotel, post pandemic and my regular hotel in angeles still not open I searched TripAdvisor and discovered the Queens hotel. Great location close to everything that angeles has to offer, large comfy rooms with good size bathrooms, friendly staff, good WiFi, guest friendly, sercuity on door, superb swimming pool with bar and it was never an issue getting a sun lounger on any of my 9 days at the hotel, gym looked well equipped, the hotel is walking distance to sm shopping mall and for those arriving from or departing to manila for the regular genesis point to point buses costing 380 peso either way. The queens hotel is a fine very well managed hotel in angeles and one that will be my preferred hotel on future visits to angeles.

Reviewed By glorypearlPros: Rooms are clean. The floor is carpeted so it is nice to step on the cushiony floor. There is also a nice pool which my kid has enjoyed during our stay. Bed is good. Hotel Facilities are better in actual than the pics. Breakfast is served in buffet. Cons: cr has no bidet. Would recommend pa rin.

The pool area was nice and the jacuzzi was a pleasure but you need to ask for them To make it hot once in a while. The front desk was accommodating and did whatever they could to create a relaxing stay. Housekeeping on the second floor was spot on but the 4th floor seemed to forget towels and water quite often for some reason. The hotel had some closed pool days and nights for private parties which stopped paying guests the value they paid for but overall rooms were clean, the american breakfast was huge and the coffee shop they added in the libby made great coffee. We will stay here again. We do miss piccolo padre. Great job staff.

Horrible response to our concern

We checked in at 3pm and had hoped to get some rest, but we couldn't because of the noises coming from what seemed like rowdy people next door. We initially thought they were guests in other rooms, but it turns out that Room 217 was beside the break room for the staff. We just happened to be in our room while employees were noisily unwinding next door. We've no problems about staff letting off some steam after a hard shift, but guests are trying to get some rest. We duly notified the front desk about our concern. Instead of a standard type of apology coming straight from the hotel's PR department, we only got a stern reminder that the break room will only be occupied until 1800, and that we'll have a quiet night's sleep. No apology. Shame because the hotel looked like it was recently renovated, which is keeping me from giving it the lowest rating.
