She seemed not to be bothered much at first, but as soon as I asked if she knew some other place in the village, she picked up the phone and called another hotel, which was also full, then another, and she carried on and must have called about 6 of them.... It got to the point where I thought that using an app on my phone would have been faster. There were other guests waiting to do their check-in, and the lady professionally ensured that they were ok to wait. And she found me a room elsewhere. A second lady entered behind the reception and explained me kindly how to get there. If that hotel could not store my bicycle then I could come back and store it here..... I am not easily impressed with service, but it was clear that I wasn't going to spend any money at this hotel and they still went out of their way to help me out. This is what service is about and this is why this hotel deserves your reservation and your stay. I can only assume that their rooms and meals are of the same standard...!! If I ever come back to Amélie-les-bains, then this is where I want to stay. Thank you Palmarium.

Nice stay with lots of service
Reviewed By vdbeeThe room was large for its price. But we appreciated the friendliness and level of service of the host the most. Laundry was done and the good breakfast was served at our room. We did not find any of these services back on the bill.

Reviewed By Toby66000The staff at the convalescent home where I was visiting my neighbor recommended the Beau Site which was only 2 doors away. As the weather was perfect, we were able to eat outside. The 3-course meal including coffee was 15€, which I found quite reasonable. There was a copious salad bar starter, a choice of 5 meat dishes and one fish, followed by 5 desserts. Good quality and friendly service.

Le camping Amélia, au cœur de la ville d'Amélie-les-bains, est idéalement situé pour votre séjour en Vallespir. Proche des commerces et des thermes Romain vous pourrez facilement circuler à pied. Le camping dispose de sanitaires récents et d'une salle avec un accès WIFI gratuit, ainsi qu'une laverie. Des emplacements avec électricité pour camping-car tente ou caravane et des cottages confort avec terrasse et climatisation. La navette de la ville passe juste devant le camping plusieurs fois par jours.

Reviewed By Michel TPour notre troisième séjour à Amélie-les-Bains, nous avons choisi cet établissement car il est le mieux noté dans Booking, et nous n'avons pas été déçu: un appartement avec une chambre, orienté Sud avec vue sur le Tech et les montagnes en face, deux balcons et une terrasse équipée d'une table et de chaises. Les appartements sont rénovés. L'équipement est complet, ce qui permet de séjours de longue durée. Nous disposions d'un téléviseur dans le salon , et d'un autre dans la chambre. Le gérant Daniel vous propose même de choisir votre modèle de cafetière! L'isolation est bonne. Malgré la fréquentation du mois d'août, tout est calme de jour comme de nuit. Parking dans la résidence, gratuit. Les mesures COVID sont appliquées. Le gérant connait la région et donne de nombreux renseignements. Ce n'est pas un hotel mais une résidence composée en grande majorité de studios et d'appartements d'une chambre, avec possibilité de commander les petits déjeuners, apportés à l'appartement.
