I visited during the summer on the recommendation of friends. It is good to have another restaurant in Ceret that is a little off the beaten track and was expecting something special. Firstly i would say the service was excellent as was the wine. Not so good, bland starters and only one of the fish dishes we had was any good. Our bill seemed to creep up to the high side for what we had.

Celebrating my birthday last night at this little gem, one of the best restaurants we have been to, LâAtelier de Fred. The photos speak for themselves, heavenly food and wine, excellent service, friendly, attentive, helpful staff. Set Menu - each course was magnificently presented and locally sourced.

Very good 'brasserie-style food. Great value 'table'd-hote' menu. 4 courses plus tea/coffee for 19 euros. Starter was foie gras & toast. Main of sole meuniere, followed by a superb iles-flottantes. Rest of the family had creme brulee for desert - proper old school French food, the way it should be & cooked by people who care.
Iberian restaurant cooking at the planxa with high-end deli (bellota) a restaurant with a garden shading. A unique setting in the vallespir.

This is a top notch restaurant. Excellent service from friendly efficient staff served in a well planned interior or an inviting shady terrace. Starters and desserts can be chosen either from the menu or self service from two amazing selections of delicacies of entrées and déserts. Main courses are cooked to order. My wife and I had John Dorey cooked to perfection. For the wine we chose a rosé from Lesquerde. Delicious and reasonably priced.

Had lunch at here & found it a great little restaurant. It is buffet starter with great choices, 4 choice of mains & plenty of cheese & dessert. Wine, water & bread included for 13.50â¬. This place is worth a visit, infact might make it our local lunch treat.

Our bar-restaurant is situated in a picturesque village (4 km from Amelie les Bains). You can enjoy a quiet drink or a meal on our shaded terrace. We specialise in Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine that is all made on the premises. A friendly and relaxed
We returned (last came 2015) to find the restaurant still has the same friendly atmosphere and we were remembered The whole experience is really worth the journey to find them great service and the food is so taste you just want to go back again. We know you need to book in the evenings and it may be worth phoning a head for lunch as they were very busy. The fixed price menu is very reasonably pricedand we had a great meal with nice wines and really good coffeeIt is in the centre of a nice little mountain village and situated in a sheltered part of the village so really nice to sit outside, even at end of SeptemberInside there is a small gallery of art by local painters

Set on a small treed square this is the perfect setting for lunch, especially if the fruit and veg market is in full swing. Great food at very reasonable prices, apart from a glass of the local vin rose what more could you ask ?Merci pour votre avis très content de vous avoir satisfait et au plaisir de vous revoir

Tucked away half way down the main street as part of the Regina hotel, this surprisingly busy but very personal little bistro style restaurant (classic local dishes served in modern fashion by friendly and pleasant staff) is something of a find. We have visited twice now and found it consistent in performance. Prices very reasonable but not aiming to be the cheapest lunch in the area.
