The reception personal was friendly but the restaurant......no wine or beer and this in Porugal and even the water was not cold. first and last stay. Average because of the room and desk staff

Reviewed By Deia24I don’t recommend if you are not by car. The bedroom was nice because of the view, otherwise the beds are single and the hot water wasn’t working before I made a complain. The breakfast very limited. It’s a place for students and not a family.

Reviewed By NoeB1We had a wonderful stay at the quinta. The rooms are beautiful, the surroundings and the views are magnificent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. The water was not that hot for showering. The breakfast place was a bit cold to sit, because of the cold temperatures outside. I stayed here in 2013 when the place was run by the family. This is not the case anymore and I missed them.

Reviewed By antoniocotaoGood location and reasonable quality-price ratio. Great work recovering all those buildings. The apartments were well equipped and perfectly clean. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and available. The windows offered good sound isolation which was very good since the street is quite busy and noisy. However, the same was not true for the apartments' door. We could hear everything on the stairs and even the light could come inside under the door. One of the mornings, the cleaning staff started around 8.30 a.m moving things and using cleaning equipment. Due to the issue with the door, it was pretty inconvenient.

Ideaal voor zowel een romantische city trip als een zonnige gezinsvakantie. Op korte tijd zit je in het midden van de stad, maar tegelijkertijd geniet je van de rust aan het zwembad. Ook een uitstap naar de kust, en een lesje surfen zijn zeker aan te bevelen. Vlakbij zijn er lekkere adresjes om te gaan eten. Ook de gastvrijheid van Koen en Ylvi maken deze vakantie compleet.

Nice spacious flat, convenient located
Reviewed By Rita CMy room was very clean and tidy, as well as the rest of the apartment. Both bathrooms, kitchen and living room are fully fitted. There are two big varandas that overlook a big park and the local street area. The block was flat was quiet and the neighbours were pleasant. I couldn't fault it at all.

Volvería sin duda.

Cool spot but the bed needs upgrading.
Reviewed By BirvineThe staff who checked me in was really pleasant, the location is a cool spot with all kinds of little restaurants nearby, and the ferry to Lisbon is mere minutes away. My room looked into the pedestrian street out front which I quite liked, too. Though the place is very plain and not fancy, which is ok, the bed was saggy and really old. Not great. The furniture is not great either. If they are just starting out I get it, but your beds have to be decent. Mine was not.

ATTENTION À FUIR ABSOLUMENT
Reviewed By SecutorpremierNOus avions loué une chambre pour une nuit à Tejo House, réservation confirmée et payée,le tarif était intéressant et l emplacement permettait de rejoindre Lisbonne par le ferry. Malgré plusieurs mails de relance 24hoo avant notre arrivée, nous n avions aucune instruction pour les clefs. Nous sommes arrivés à 19h00, personne n’était sur place, un autre voyageur nous a ouvert, sa chambre n avait pas été nettoyée, le lit était défait, serviettes sales par terre , etc ..... en ce qui nous concerne, après une heure d appels infructueux, nous avons réussit à joindre la responsable de cet établissement qui nous a dit qu il y avait un problème et qu elle allait nous rappeler, nous attendons encore qu ellle le fasse ...,, Nous avons joint booking qui nous a donné un code pour ouvrir une boîte à clef qui ne contenait ....aucune clef. Après plus de deux heures passées sur place, nous avons été relogés par booking dans un autre établissement plus loin de l aéroport et dont la salle de bains était commune et le prix plus onéreux. Heureusement que nous avions une voiture de location pour effectuer ce nouveau trajet imprévu. En plus de n être pas sérieux, la responsable de Tejo House semblait se moquer éperdument de la situation. En résumé, si vous ne voulez pas vous trouver en rade , FUYEZ TEJO HOUSE ABSOLUMENT.
