Reviewed By pech0rinaI have eaten in the restaurant associated with this hostel a couple of times and since I needed to return to the city for an event, I thought I would try out the hostel because I know the city well and don't need to be right in the centre. Upon trying to book my reservation, I was told that they are imposing the health pass throughout the hotel (not just in the restaurant space - which is what the law requires here in France). They also repeatedly mentioned mask-wearing etc. which is fine, but it does not make for a good experience when making a booking. Of course, the health requirements are important, but I have decided to stay elsewhere because I find it strange to discriminate against people without the health pass with such zeal. I prefer to spend my money elsewhere and in a less anxiety-inducing place. I don't want to have to show my health pass each time I come and go from a hotel.

Reviewed By bensienGot here for an overnight stay. Located in a small village with just enough shops to get the basics. Lovely, cosy and not so standard place. Clean and atmospheric/romantic room. Very friendly, hospital en generous owners. Very friendly price too.

Reviewed By froggyranitaHotel tout neuf situé dans une zone commerciale. Grand parking gratuit. Chambre spacieuse très propre et comme tout est neuf, c'est très agréable. Piscine extérieure couverte. Possibilité de réserver des VTC. Bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre. Les moins: check-in seulement à 16h. Chambres pas prêtes pour notre check-in. Petit-déjeuner à 16 euros bien trop cher pour ce que l'on reçoit.

Reviewed By VadimM67Ethic Etapes is a low-cost French hotel chain for budget travelers. There are always a lot of young people, athletes, students during the holidays. The hotel in Blois has two advantages and one weak-point. The first advantage is the price. Single room cost € 28. Very inexpensive for France. However, the room is ascetic like a monk's cell. Bed, one chair and heating radiator. That`s all. But room was warm.Toilet with shower. The second advantage-there is an inexpensive canteen, which works for a long time. Dinner costs up to 10 euros. Fish, salad, beer. No frills. Just tasty and healthy food. Breakfast is good also. Wi-Fi is fast. The disadvantage is a fairly long distance to the center. Buses run on schedule, but not often. But in the evening I had to walk from the station. Half an hour on the Navigator.

One of the worst places we've stayed in France!

On arrival we were told that the smoke alarm in the room is very sensitive to steam, so we should close the bathroom door and open the window when showering. But when we asked how to open the window we were told the lock was broken. There is no shower screen or curtain and the shower unit is over the toilet. This resulted in some interesting gymnastics to try to avoid water on every surface of the bathroom. Very minimal self catering facilities - one kettle that doesn't work properly and a microwave. Unable to locate a tea towel to wipe up our mugs after a cuppa. Staff are friendly but that's about all we can say. Nowhere near the standard offered by the YHA in the UK and Australia. Do not recommend staying here.

Ancien hôtel particulier rénové en 2021, LA LITTLE MAISON se situe en centre ville de Loches face à la cité royale. À l'entrée se trouve la réception, la cuisine/salle à manger pour les petits déjeuners (inclus dans le tarif des chambres). Le patio qui mène au bar (LE LITTLE BISTRO) et à la terrasse sont ouverts au public de 11h30 à 22h30 (tous les week-ends de l'année et tous les jours des vacances scolaires). Vous pourrez profiter des événements réguliers (exposition de peinture, brocante musicale, concerts, etc...) organisés par les propriétaires. Au 1er étage, vous trouverez 3 chambres qui peuvent accueillir 8 personnes.Vous êtes à 30mn du zoo de Beauval, chateau de Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry

The rooms the facilities and breakfast next morning that we were given were a delight & comfortable in every way. The Hotel is wonderfully well situated to enable a full experience of all that Loches has to offer .... We wish the hosts every good fortune in making La Little Maison one of the best places to stay in Loches

Notre gite a été entièrement restauré en 2018 pour recevoir de 1 à 39 personnes dans un cadre spatieux et confortable. Maison de bourg du XIXème siècle, cette ancienne auberge de jeunesse a gardé son côté atypique et authentique. Nous sommes situés à 40mn de Tours et 15mn de Langeais. En couple, en famille, ou en tribu, notre gite est parfait pour les retrouvailles en famille ou entre amis; et idéalement situé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire, les vignobles, les zoo et les lacs. La salle des fêtes du village se trouve à 50 mètres. Notre gite est également conçu pour les professionnels en détachements (CNPE d'AVOINE à 20mn), les groupes scolaires, les associations, les randonneurs et les cyclistes qui peuvent séjourner chez nous plusieurs jours en prévoyant des circuits en étoile. Possibilité traiteur et paniers-repas pour les groupes à partir de 20 personnes.

On est très bien reçu par Sonia, une hôtesse parfaite, toujours le sourire, aux petits soins, produits locaux et faits maison. De plus, l'Amalia est décoré avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Je ne peux que recommander vivement et y retourner très vite.

Chambres d’hôtes de charme au cœur de la Sologne dans la charmante petite ville de Salbris. Facilement accessible par le train , par la RN 20 ou par l’autoroute.

Belles chambres, confortables et agrémentées de superbes tableaux pour les amateurs d'art, avec une literie qui mérite d'être soulignée (cela faisait bien longtemps que je n'avais pas si bien dormi !!), salle d'eau moderne refaite visiblement à neuf récemment. Deux hôtes des plus accueillants : Olivier (douceur, gentillesse et attentions) et Denis (une culture des plus impressionnantes et toujours le sourire aux lèvres). Excellent petit déjeuner, entièrement fait maison par Olivier : pain, yaourt, confitures, et du thé spécialement sélectionné par Denis qui varie tous les matins (Mariage Frères etc...) La cerise sur le gâteau : les massages de Denis et sa formation en naturopathie !!
