Reviewed By Mhickinator5000The apartment was clean and beautiful! Had a great kitchenette and washing machine. Location was right downtown with lots to see and do. The host Deli was very welcoming, helpful, and kind. We were on our honeymoon and had a great stay here and would return time and time again and recommend to a friend! And the Vietnamese restaurant beside was delicious to boot!

Breakfast (which is included if you book by their website) is basic but ok. Nevertheless you can find lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood. Metro station at your doorstep. We can recommend Eric Vogel if you are looking for a place to stay in Madrid.

Vertice roomspace Madrid is a new form of accommodation with a modern, young and minimalist style that will allow you to make the most of your business or pleasure trip. We have the regional train station of San Cristobal Industrial just 300 yards away and we are excellently communicated with Atocha station and the centre of Madrid, both by train and Metro. Our excellent location and the quality of our services and facilities make us a reference point for business and pleasure.

Reviewed By Derrick F MDon't be put off because it is situated on an industrial estate. It's on the outside edge. We chose a room with limited cooking facilities. This consisted of a twin electric hob, microwave, fridge and sink. A kettle and toaster are available at reception for a €10 refundable deposit. There is also a communal eating space with a number of microwaves and grills (must have toasting facilities?). The room was big enough with spacious twin beds, wardrobe with drawers, a shelf to eat you food at, one chair and one stool. Room service was daily. The room and hotel were very clean. This hotel is situated only a 3 min walk from the railway station where you can travel to your heart's content and leave the car at the hotel (happy days). Parking in Madrid is extortionate, if you can find it.

Reviewed By Anca HI staid with some friends 3 nights, the staff is verry unrespectfull, you order something at the restaurant and they don’t even answer you back, they take very long to bring you something to eat or to drink. The rooftop bar is full of people and the girls from the restaurant are eating and when I came down to asked for something to drink they make bad faces , sorry girls for intrerupting you from eating while upstair many persons are waiting for their food/drinks. The boy was walking by us many times and didn’t notice us. Stares at us and that s it! The rooftop has not been cleaned since i first came to it.

I love that they offer juice coffee and muffins every morning and red or white wine in the evening. Look forward to returning for a longer stay for pleasure and not work.

Close to Retiro park and public transport and walkable to the city. The staff was always really friendly and super helpful. But breakfast at 9 when you are there for work is just too late and honestly, when I hear breakfast in Spain, I am thinking of a fresh pressed orange juice and still warm bread with tomato or something similar and not a juice pack and a plastic packed muffin in a bag in front of my door. As I said the idea is nice, but this definitely gives room for improvement. According the apartment. All in all really nice but the details haven't worked out. The windows weren't tight, so you had the feeling that the window is open the whole night, which is, in a city like Madrid quite loud. The blend under the dishwasher was falling down whenever you opened the dishwasher.

I stayed there for few months and they never gave back my deposit still til this day 2 month rents 1400€ they kept it and refused to give it back. They are rude, racist, unprofessional, and more. I have had so many problems with them, so many. The apartment is also very dirty and smells, no hot water, wifi connexion is really bad, and slow, they don't care if you contact them they ignore you. Very bad.
