For those who like to spend their vacation in peace and quiet, Petrčane is an ideal place as it offers all the facilities needed for a stay. While on the other hand, if you want to have fun and like to spend time in the center of events, Zadar is only 8 km away. All rooms are decorated with carefully selected tones and high-quality functional furniture. The entire hotel is under video surveillance to make our guests feel safe.

Reviewed By UlyanaInStarsROOMS: spacious, clean and very comfortable. Big bed with very god mattress and pillows. There are anti-mosquitos blocks on the windows. BREAKFAST: is excellent. You have big choices of dishes and drinks. Everything is tasty. FACILITIES: parking zone, restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner are available here). Marina bay with promenade and restaurants in front of the hotel.

Reviewed By elzanneoNice view, restaurant is OK, no duvet on the bed (had to ask for one), the room doesn't have a kettle /fridge, etc.as advertised. A bit dusty but not the worst. Not fancy, but fine if you're not too bothered.

Reviewed By Kevin988We booked our stay only a couple of days before and couldn't have been happier that it was still possible to get a room. Everything was next to perfect: the view, the balcony, the bed, the bathroom, the breakfast and most importantly Nico, the amazing, humble and helpful host. He always went out of his way to make as feel as welcome as possible. He had great tips for sightseeing and restaurants. When we come back to Pag, we will stay here again, 100%. We can only recommend it!

A family run 3 guest room Guest House, with views onto the Sea Lagoon just at the entrance to Zadar Old Town and 3 minutes direct walk from the Airport Suttle bus stop. On the first floor with all rooms having ensuite facilities, underfloor heating, air conditioning and a small fridge. Whilst not serving breakfast complementary tea and coffee making facilities are supplied in each room and a cookie jar and local "travarica" and rooms are fitted with twin single beds but they may be pushed together. There is free in room wifi. The property is the first building on the left as you enter onto the Zadar Old Town peninsular. It is really easy to find.

Reviewed By BoondocClean spacious room and balcony eating area. Great location and lovely hostess. We didn’t have adequate hot water and probably low heater to save energy. They asked the aircon to be off when out of room. Overly scented cleaning supplies but room was not clean enough for five stars. Enjoyed our stay and no big problems.

People that love what they do and they care to make you feel at home. We were welcomed by a smiling man with an umbrella on a really rainy day. Thank you for everything. It was awesome.

Comfortable and well located in the centre of Zadar
Reviewed By NealmcfcIt was clean and nicely decorated, a good base for our 2 night stay in Zadar. I would recommend it for a short stay - good value. The entrance and stairs to the multiple apartments looks a bit dodgy but the room was absolutely fine. No views but you're slap bang in the centre. A bit of a faff getting the key from the office (the location for breakfast too, at adjacent restaurant) but only a 2min walk. We got lucky with some free parking, a 15min walk from the hotel room. The sunset at Zadar is an absolute must, together with the sea organ and 'sun salutation'.

Reviewed By bkad93My partner and I stayed here for 1 night. Location was great. Building itself was quite grubby but the room was nice. We were quite confused upon arrival as when booking we were lead to believe we had this apartment to ourselves, however the rooms are rented individually and the kitchen and bathroom dining are are communal. This wasn’t an issue as we were only there for 1 night and no one was actually staying in the other rooms that night. Great location, large room and very clean.

Reviewed By soshenrReally nice apartment, in a good position: in a quiet zone, 20 minutes by walk from the historic center of Zadar and very close to the sea. Mrs Eneida, the owner, is really sweet and kind: she's always willing to help and give good advice to discover the city and the country. Never had a better welcome! she came to meet us at the airport with the driver of the transfer we booked through her. During our stay she's always taken care of us asking every day if everything was fine and providing us with good advices. Our room was small but really nice, clean and comfortable, provided with all amenities. The room was provided with a big terrace, with table and chairs, perfect for chilling, resting and having breakfast! If we visit Zadar again no doubt we'll spend our days at Villa Jadera! Highly recommend!

Reviewed By Emil NPersonalen är oerhört trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det går inte att få en bättre tillmötesgående personal. Fantastiska! Rummen är välstädade och har en bra standard. Hotellet har ett bra läge som ligger perfekt nära stranden och havet och man har en 5 min promenad till centrum, men ändå lugnt läge. I centrum finns många bra restauranger. Ett bra lägenhetshotell som vi varmt rekommenderar. Tack för en trevlig vistelse.

Reviewed By AandA21Position très centrale à Zadar. Les fenêtres donnent sur une très belle place, mais on n'est gêné par aucun bruit car l'isolation est parfaite. La literie est excellente, la sdb aussi. Tout était parfaitement propre. Peu de relations avec les propriétaires. Les petits-déjeuners se prennent dans le restaurant juste en-dessous. Il n' y a pas de menu, il faut demander ce qu'on souhaite. Ca fonctionne bien. Le restaurant pour dîner ou déjeuner est très bien aussi. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour l'ensemble !
