a pleasant stay
Reviewed By ycemilyMy daughter and I had a pleasant stay for our 3 days visit in the city. The hotel is situated right next to the MRT and bus station. We took the bus 1968 from the airport and got off at the last stop, which is directly across from the hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Enjoyed the views, clean room and the buffet breakfasts. Will definitely stay again when we visit Taiwan next time.

Reviewed By yushuoc2020Reception staffs are nice and room is clean. Seems just rebuilt it recently. Price is acceptable. Besides, location is perfect. Near the MRT system and surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The only thing needs to improve is breakfast. If they make it more various, I definitely will book it again next time.

Reviewed By hollowrenceHaving spent three days staying in the hotel, I found the hotel is close to scenic spots at Bitan scenic area, with extensive cycling routes, jogging tracks, family boating, and hiking trails. If most locals and tourists enjoy having a weekend away from the hectic city centre and look for some outdoor activities. The hotel staff at the front desk are resourceful and friendly, willing to offer prompt assistance.

love hotel but it's big
Reviewed By Yvonne Kit's a love hotel, so i asked if theres any sexy poster in the room etc, they say yes there is and cannot be removed. But when i reach i notice they tried to remove it before i enter the room. I have private parking lot and private lift to my room. my kids LOVE the bathtub because it's big. Becareful not to let kids touch the TV shows as there's porn in it. There is also vending machine to sell sex toy in a cabinet of the room.

Terrible customer service

This guy literally did not even check whether or not there is people walking on the hallway, and decided to open another side door that connects to the hallway. Literally the door hit on my family member and it hurts. Not a single apology were made and are really disappointed. During check out, we let the front desk know and still nothing. Reviewed By Lili TThis was our preferred hotel when visiting Taipei, as the MRT station is literally just steps from the hotel entrance. However, I feel like the service has gone downhill each time we stayed here. I think we'll be venturing to other hotels around Taipei for our next visit.

Reviewed By 909ctStayed here in June with my daughter. Location on the beach with nice walks along the beach front. There is a square 5 minutes away with local acts, fantastic atmosphere. The hotel is immaculate, although rooms a little on the small side,but cleaned everyday to a high standard. Food is delicious, waiter service on an evening, brilliant. All the staff are wonderful and very helpful. We went to Venice for the day on a day pass purchased from a local shop on the square for the bus and ferry, very easy and stayed there all day,wonderful. There are lots of steps to the entrance but on the left hand side of the hotel, where the car park is, there is a lift so don’t attempt to drag your cases up the stairs, as we did. This is a beautiful hotel and we will be returning. Well done to all the staff that helped make our stay more memorable.

Nice, basic hotel
Reviewed By ddell2My wife and I stayed at the 9 Hotel for 6 nights while we were in town visiting friends and attending a wedding. The room was comfortable and clean, and the front desk was helpful when we needed help. The breakfast was basic Chinese but I liked their xi-fan (typical thick rice soup). The location is right across the street from a MRT (metro) station, but it is a single stop branch line off the green line which means you have to make an extra transfer (although easy) any time you go in to the center of town. The hotel is walking distance to Bitan Bridge along the river trail.

OK place
Reviewed By MichelR1503We stayed in a Japanese style room, was OK, until toilets started to get chocked, for 2 days had to call reception to get someone to unchock the toilet after each use. Breakfast was dreadful. Not much to do in the hotel and area, facilities not great, gym dirty, table tennis rackets in horrible condition also used as a staff room in a way.
