Friendly, clean, and convenient

Friendly, clean, and convenient. Stayed for five days – the apartment had everything I could need. Close to the water, close to the centre of town, good restaurants nearby. Engaged with the Adina staff a couple of times and always found them to be friendly and efficient. This was my first stay T Adina and I hope that any subsequent visits will be as good and that the standards are maintained.

Lovely hotel in beautiful location

Reviewed By VirgoQualitySeeker47

We had a room with ocean view which was spacious and clean, the only downside was the bed, it was smaller than we are used to and gave me back ache. Accor hotels are usually excellent for their beds and bed linens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was lovely to walk along the path opposite the hotel which is situated North of the town centre. The town centre was disappointing. We ate in the hotel and apart from breakfast it wasn't too good. We were there early in the week so perhaps the best staff were having a break. There are other restaurants nearby although some were only opening at the end of the week as it was the end of the season. There is a nice (not that large) outdoor pool and bar and also a large bar indoors. Parking is underground for a fee.

Long balcony with exceptional view of golf course plus ocean. We had a lounge room with sofa, 4 chairs and a table and kitchenette The bedroom was separate with access to the balcony and views also. Bathroom was 2 way from bedroom and lounge area. All necessary amenities and very clean. Coffee, tea biscuits and bottled water replenished daily as well as cleaning our room.. Restaurant and bar onsite as well as a small area with pokies. Although hotel is dated, we had a very pleasant stay in a comfy bed with a great view.

great for smokers and coughers

Reviewed By jennyrJ5517PR

Choice hotels asked me to submit a review then refused to publish it, so here is my review...Smoking area right below our 2 bedroom apartment meant we had to keep the balcony door closed until 9pm because of the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke and incessant coughing. Reception staff unfriendly and we even heard one of them mocking an Asian housekeeper in an Asian accent. The housekeeping staff were lovely and reception could learn some manners from them. Apartment was spacious but you have to go to reception if you wanted anything for the kitchen like a frypan. Kettle was disgusting. Rooms need an overhaul. As do reception staff.

Clean and welcoming.

Easy access and in a relatively quiet area. Large, clean rooms with plenty of storage areas if you need them. Restaurant was still in pandemic mode, so understandably restricted dining. Looks the goods, but can't review. The area is clean and close enough to make both Boat Harbour and Battery Point a nice stroll from the hotel.

Surprisingly good!

Reviewed By Gael-Fource

I was booked in for 3 nights for work. Didn’t know what to expect, but found the care around my arrival really helpful (coming on a Sunday evening - they arranged a key from a locked box so I had after-hours access). I was in room 17 - a lovely huge upstairs room really, and disappointing only in that there was no lounge to watch TV from - just two cheap metal chairs, a desk and the very comfortable bed, but as it was torrential rain for my entire stay I wasn’t wanting to go out much, and spent one entire day working from the hotel room. The internet was fast and reliable. The room was immaculate, cleanest I’ve really ever come across in a hotel, and it’s was comfortable although the furniture felt a bit like it had come from AMart. Bathroom was great. Shower water temp was unreliable and hard to get right. Little bar fridge with complementary bottled water was appreciated. Having arrived at night I had no idea what was around me, and as it was pouring rain I didn’t feel like going out for dinner, but I wasn’t confident UberEats would find me either with the reception closed. I went without dinner. I would have appreciated some recommendations in a folder in the room - like a few good places to eat would have been great. Also places like a local gym or similar. Eventually found the Builders Club and had a decent meal there on my second night - it’s a nice club and it’s nearby! And since I was working from my room one entire day, It would have been nice to have had more than a kettle. A toaster would be great. A small microwave would have been awesome. Just something to reheat the Chinese leftovers would have been nice. I’ve noticed in other reviews that breakfast was available, but there was no info about this - I would have ordered some if I’d known. God knows, on my first night I’d have eaten anything available from a vending machine if there’d been one. At the end of the day, the staff were just lovely, the place is lovely, immaculate, and the parking and location are good. All that was really missing was a small couch and some info about where to eat. I probably will book a room here for leisure at some stage. Coming in at night from the rear carpark, you could certainly hear a baby cry, muffled conversations and TV’s through the doors of the ground floor rooms when you walked down the long hallway. I was upstairs though and the only noise was people walking past out on the street late at night. Nothing anyone could help. Definitely will recommend this hotel to others, and I’ll let work know that it’s a comfortable place to be holed-up for a few days. Just a shame the weather was bad and I didn’t get to go to the beach - or even for a walk. But I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

Decor nice, compact room.

Pre booked (room 12 car park view) over the phone / $160 night (2 night stay). We were arriving on a Sunday where the reception is closed, so accessed our room key via a key safe (simple to use). We chose a car park view since we only used the motel to sleep. Room: Pretty small / tight for space around the bed. Limited storage space. Balcony area over looking the car park - noisy when people came and went. Large fridge in the room - too big really, as a smaller bar fridge would take up less space. Lamp by the bed side, but no plug socket. No washing up liquid for the cups provided. Comfy bed. However, there were display cushions and runner with stains on. Full length mirror. Bathroom: Small!! Shower curtain made the shower feel very tiny. Poor flush on the loo. However - a nice stay which we would use again. Decor pleasant.

Found the serviced apartment I stayed inn rather tired looking , bathroom outdated , bed was extremely uncomfortable and bowed inn, kitchen appliances were greasy and old. Tagging vandalism upon entering the undercover carpark was my the first indication I made a mistake, first and last time..
