The latest incarnation of this space is Glass & Bottle Bistro, which features wonderful wine selections, but the food may be the hallmark of this friendly little spot. Wine & beverages....they feature happy hour discounts and daily specials, including discounts on Manhattans on Mondays and select half-price bottles on Tuesdays. The bartending staff are friendly and willing to let you sample a few selections before making your choice....and living up to the billing, they know how to make a great dry Manhattan to order. Food....the fusion menu options are fantastic. The artichoke spinach dip is excellent, as are the mini pizzas. I also tried the baby kale salad, which was excellent. Their tastiest dish, in my opinion, is the yellowfin tuna poke served on diced avocado with Croccatini crackers....that will definitely have me coming back!Atmosphere....it's a quieter spot, great for couples and meeting friends over wine. You can sit at the bar, inside at tables, or they have a patio area as well. It's not really set up for large parties, unless you want to take over the place and rent it out. Yet another gem at Snoqualmie Ridge -- the service is fantastic, and everything is top-notch. Stop in here and try it out!

My wife and I stopped here for dinner after visiting the Falls. The food and service was excellent. I found the portion size to be perfect. We ordered an appetizer, salad and entree and were too full to try any dessert. We will definitely come back when we travel back to Washington.

My husband and I went here after a recommendation from a friend. The food was great and the wine was too. Kim was very sweet, talking with us. After hearing the kind if wines we liked, she brought us a few to try. They were all amazing. She was very knowledgeable and definitely knew wines. A must go, we will certainly be back.

This wine-only location in North Bend inhabits what used to be a fire house, on the back side of North Bend City Hall. This gives it the advantage of rolling back the huge doors from the old fire facility along 2nd St. on sunny days, turning it from a cozy indoor hang to an outdoor tasting room.Since this spot is wine-only with no food fare (barring a few things to crunch on), red and white selections flow from several taps. All the wine offerings are exceptional; the reds consist of a couple blends, a cab, and a unique smoky pinot (at the time of this review) while the whites are also very light and refreshing. The chardonnay is light in flavor and doesn't boast the skunky tendencies of most of its counterparts. You can leave with a wine growler in-hand, a tote, or even a mini-keg if you're entertaining at home. They offer a wine club with special perks. The beverage options are affordable, as they claim that by not bottling they're able to pass the cost savings onto the consumer. Make sure to stop by this new gem in North Bend, which challenges any of the wine bars or tasting spots in the Puget Sound region in terms of quality and value. They have daily specials, including a Tuesday music night in which one of the staff sings in French, Wednesday half-price growlers, Thursday yappy hour (whatever that means), and $5 Friday glass specials. There's the typical stool-at-wine bar hang, lounging areas and couches, and a tv in the corner in case you want to catch a ball game while sipping.
