First time eating here today. Ordered Pho shrimp to go. There were only 2 couples in the place and 6 waitstaff. Took 20 minutes to get my food. Medium Shrimp Pho was $15. Added veggies- they only have broccoli and cabbage? $3 extra. Broth too salty, took WAAY too long for my food, too expensive. 2 stars...I wonât waste my money again.

So glad to finally see this restaurant added to TA. We've had great experiences here since the day they opened. It was our first introduction to Vietnamese cuisine. All I can say is that everything we ordered was flavorful, and we enjoyed it very much. This is a family owned restaurant, and the couple who owns it makes everything from scratch using their own family recipes. The service was very good. Rachelle was very helpful, and explained everything with great detail knowing that this was our first experience at this restaurant. So, we started out with the Jasmine tea and Vietnamese iced coffee. Both were prepared perfectly. The tea was loose leaf, and not the tea bags that most restaurants use nowadays. It had a beautiful Jasmine aroma. The coffee was a little sweeter than others that I've had recently. It was still very good, it just didn't have that bittersweet taste. It was nice and creamy. We also shared the fried shrimp rolls (6 rolls). These were so yummy. I liked that the shrimp was sprinkled with black pepper before being wrapped and fried. It gave it a great taste. Mom was also very happy with this choice of appetizer. We also enjoyed the Tom/Thit Nuong. It was the rice noodle bowl with grilled pork and shrimp. The shrimp were very large and tasty. I liked how it was presented in a large bowl with pickled carrots and daikon with mint leaves and perfectly marinated pork over rice noodles. The sauce is served separately, and we poured it over the contents of the bowl. It was all very tasty. We were too full for dessert, but they offer 2 traditional Che desserts. They'll give you samples of it if you're unsure on which one to select. I may try the Che Thai next time. I've been back 2 more times. I've had the Vietnamese Noodle Soup and the Shrimp Pho. Both are excellent! They have chili oil on the table if you prefer a spicier version, but I like the Pho just the way it's served. It had 6 large tiger shrimp and plenty of noodles and bone marrow broth. I'm also loving the avocado smoothie. It went very well with the Pho flavors. A very healthy and delicious meal. Will continue to return when I'm in the mood for a comforting warm broth.

Decorated like a Vietnamese Chipotle, the restaurant has a modern vibe. Place was impeccably clean and the wait staff, although a bit green (sign of a new business) were friendly and checked back with us frequently. Soups were piping hot and good. Chicken Banh Mi was a bit of a twist with BBQ sliced chicken in the style of Chinese BBQ roast pork. Hope to try the steamed mini buns on the appetizer menu next time
