Came here with locals who liked the place. We ordered the smoked salmon, which was probably the best I have ever had. The meal included salad, entree, beverage, bread, and dessert with much of it in a semi-buffet setting. The restaurant was fairly crowded but conversation was easy.

Our friends have been regulars here for almost 20 years, finally we got an opportunity to join them for dinner. We had high expectations and were not disappointed! We all had fillet steak, amazing quality and the bearnaise, the parsley butter, garlic butter and potatato gratin were as good. Great food, great service at reasonable prices. We shall be back!

We were warmly welcomed and ate well. As a main course, we shared a Oxfiléplanka, listed on the menu as a main dish. The food was excellent and the service was much more attentive than usual in Helsingborg. Given the quality, the price was favorable.We will definitely come next time we visit Helsingborg.

I haven't been here for a years. A friend of mine said that Gastro is at their top at game right now. And hell yeah! They are! Five dots is not enough, for our food and drink experience at Gastro. I say seven dots are the most honest verdict. Speaking of experience it was an excellent experience. The environment has developed to the beyond of standards.

My beloved wife invited me here for a once-in-a-decade-or-so romantic dinner without the kids. My wife had booked a table and upon arrival we were shown to it with a stop at the wardrobe to hang our coats. The staff was friendly and cheerful. After examining the menu and getting advice from the waiter, we decided on the seafood platter, some oysters, some sides and some of the red wine suggested for the seafood.Everything was fresh, well prepared and delicious. (only complaint was that the lobster was slightly overcooked to our taste) The place was really cozy and well suited for the occasion, albeit perhaps a bit dark to read the menus easily. The waiting staff was well versed with the menu as well as the wine list, and gave very good service.We will definitely be back again and can warmly recommend this place, worth traveling for if you are planning ahead and booking a table.

The dinner menu is somewhat limited, but has some surprises. Regardless, the served dishes are prepared well and served by a very friendly staff. A bit pricey perhaps, but then again almost everything in Sweden is.General warning: only normal coffee is served. No espresso or cappuccino here.

Had a great night at AnJo! Our first visit, definitely not our last. Genuinely good service and deep knowledge of food and wine. We had a three course meal and everything was perfect. Even tried a quite different kind of wine, that surprisingly was fabulous with the course.
