Super delicious gourmet pizza - best pizza in Helsingborg!! Very thin and crusty bottom, tomato sauce, mozzarella and various toppings, like funghi or verdure or carpaccio or shrimps. Modern version of pizza, not at all heavy or excessively fat. Great beer selection, too.

Paolo's was located very central next to my hotel Elite Mollberg and just few steps from Kärnen. I got Insalata Con Prosciutto (99 swedish kr) with prosciutto, goat cheese, salad, cherry tomatoes, sundried tomato,paprika and cucumber. There is a table in front of the cashier where you can take bread, different types of oil and extra salad for free to your meal. I also tried the warm panini with parma ham, lots of mozzarella, grilled aubergine, olives, tomatoes and salad. Taste was very good!The food price was reasonable, but the drinks were a bit pricy.

We enjoyed a late lunch at Ved and were surprised that we had food quality food and good service a bit after ordinary lunch hours.We had Gambas - so goodand Carpaccio- enjoyable To this wine and Norrland beer.really a good late lunch.

What I loved most with Brutale, except for serving an amazing veggie lasagna and sporting a modern design with wood and green plants, is summed up on one of their windows... "Lokal Matkärlek". Passion for locally sourced ingredients that are unrefined or processed. Great core values. This is what I want to know when sitting down to enjoy a meal. I hope to revisit to try one of their bowls on my next visit to Helsingborg. A quirky thing is that the door to the restroom is hidden in the wall paper... :D
