It lies right in the centre of the pulsating restaurant and shopping district, only 3 minutes away from Central Station. Accomodation is available here in single, double, twin or four-bedded rooms with effective sound insulation and comfortable beds to ensure a good night’s sleep. All rooms have en suite facilities. The common areas around the lobby offer breakfast, a town guide and a blazing campfire. And there is, of course, a guest kitchen. Free WiFi extends throughout the building. The delicafé is open round the clock.

Reviewed By RPanicherLocation: Great location. Walking distance from a lot of tourist attractions. Nordstan Shopping Mall @ 5 minutes distance which has a McDonalds, Burgerking & Pizzahut. Subway & KFC close by as well. Excellent Bakery opposite the hotel with a great selection of Desserts. Check In Process: Very fast and efficient. Room: The room was quite small for two people & we had a bunk bed but we did not mind that at all. Cleaning Service was once every 4 days or on request which was fine for us as well. Breakfast: Good options like Bacon, Sausages, scrambled eggs, cereals & a variety of breads & fruits. Check Out: Very fast and efficient. Conclusion: We had an excellent holiday & will definitely stay here again.

Reviewed By sara764Det är ett helt personalfritt hotell längs med motorvägen. Men utifrån de förutsättningarna var det över förväntan. Vi fick koder för att komma in nästan direkt efter att bokningen hade gjorts. Rummet var fräscht med mycket väl fungerande AC. Även badrummet var modernt och fräscht. Finns ju absolut ingenting att göra runt omkring om man inte har bil och är inget jag skulle rekommendera för en längre vistelse men att bo en natt var verkligen mer än okej. Frukost får man äta på det intilliggande Espresso house vilket vi tyckte var helt okej. Ingen hotellfrukost direkt men det var gott och vi blev mätta.

Reviewed By sofieli123We stayed one night at hensbacka herrgård one night as passing through and got surprised by the modern building and room that we stayed in. There’s a newer building beside the main building which seemed newly build, nice beds and great bathroom. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed it outdoors in the green surroundings which was cosy! The main building has a spooky history/reputation of ghosts which we thought was fun to investigate.

Mysigt och lungt ställe
Reviewed By CharlottaM33Ett bra vandrarhem. Det finns allt som kan tänkas behövas för att laga mat. Rent, mysigt och rogivande. Här kan jag bo fler gånger. Du måste ha bil för att ta dig till något matställe. Finns inget i närheten.

Frukosten beställde man genom kolla på en lista på rummet. Sms:a vad man ville ha, så kom dom upp med det på rummet på den tid du bestämt. Bra service när man ville till flygplatsen, hämtar o lämnar. Kan ställa bilen hos dom under semestern. Bara komma överens innan. Supertrevlig värdpar

Worst hotel in Sweden
Reviewed By Natasha vThe worst hotel I stayed in Sweden (I visit Sweden 3 times a year for holidays) - room was smelly and walls are thin so you could hear people talking in the next room. V. bad shower. Nobody at reception when we arrived at 6 pm, staff shortages - one person to cover check out and breakfast. Room was overpriced for what it was - it was sold as room with views but you had to get out of your room to get some kind of view. When I complained nobody listened, despite promises to deal with it and call me back - we checked out after one night even though we paid for two. No refund followed even though I pointed out that the room/hotel was totally mis-sold. Went next door to Salt & Sylt and for £15 more stayed in a fantastic hotel with clean rooms, attentive service and fantastic breakfast and a much nicer and unique hotel location. Bergabo makes a bad name for Sweden !

Il personale si é davvero prestato alle nostre richieste e ha dato un servizio notevole. La struttura é datata e lontana dagli standard moderni, ma siamo stati bene. La camera quadrupla prenotata si é subito trasformata in 2 doppie piccoline, ma confortevoli. Non c é l aria condizionata ma una sorta di areazione centralizzata che assolveva al problema, in quanto c erano 30 gradi fuori. Colazione ottima. Biciclette disponibili in numero limitato (3) c é la sauna. Un caro saluto a Chaled ottimo padrone di casa.

Awful service and not clean
Reviewed By mytripsinswedenMy room was not clean and the staff was rude and unhelpful. For that price i would expect a lot more. I will not come back to this hotel ever again even if it is really central with short distances to town center.
