This restaurant has special place in my heart. It was first place I've visit in Catalunya (and Spain too) - and also my first meeting with original tapas. I have to admit, that inside design doesn't encourage to visit, but we went there with locals, who strongly recommended us this place. First, we spent few hours sipping beer and waiting for rest of friends to join us. When we finally gather, we let our friends to choose the best positions from menu. Oh dear, I think we tried almost whole menu! Croquetas, albondigas, patatas bravas, squids, baby squids, shrips, boquerones, various types of fish - and all of them were simply delicious! We spent in Catalunya more time, but I've never ate better food than in Avenida. Generally, we ordered so much food, that one time waitress ask us to eat faster ;) because she needed more space on big table to put more plates on it. Except of beer, we ordered few bottles of wine and few coctails - so I left this place more than full and a little bit drunk - and final bill was about 17⬠per person. It's still makes me laugh, when I remember how much we have to pay in similar tapas bar in Barcelona. So - I hope I'll visit Sant Joan another time - and Avenida will be first place where I will go to eat :)

Situado en las afueras de Manresa, junto al pabellón de Basket, no tienes problemas para aparcar.Menú completo con bastantes opciones más platos del dÃa, todo muy bueno y bien preparado y presentado.Atención rápida y amable. Vale la pena ir.

Sibar is a well known restaurant in Manresa, located near Passeig Pere iii, in the center of the city. Meat is the especiality of the restaurant, but we decided to share some dishes like prawns carpaccio, tuna tataki, foie with asparagus, branded codfish and french frites with scrambled eggs, which were very good. Also we shared 3 ice-creams as dessert. Really, the food is the best of the restaurant.Pitifully when we arrived there is a party in the restaurant and the staff was very busy, so waiters spent a lot of time to bring us the food, and they were wrong twice. I am sure, the next time the service will be better.

This was really impressive- great service, great wine, and great food in a laid back, elegant setting. Haute Catalan cuisine for sure. I started with black pasta and seafood. The pasta was briny and perfect, the seafood was sweet and fresh. perfect. The main course of duck breast was equally impressive.

We visited the place for dinner with some friends. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with a very charming atmosphere. The staff is attentive with a wide an interesting menu. The food arrived promptly and was rather tasty, even though it lacked the final touch. For example, the duck confit comes with red fruits, but there is so much of them that the duck taste is lost. Nevertheless, we left rather happy and I would be willing to eat there again.

The food is good (but could be better), good ingredients . The ambiance is perfect. Big rounded tables to spend a meal with small groups. Fast service. Delicious homemade desserts. Good region wines. We contibute to the project Ampans. We will repeat.Weekend menú for 19,50 without wine but with water, bread, dessert and coffee.

Casa l'Agulla is a restaurant located in the surroundings of Manresa, near Murallius winecellar and Parc de l'Agulla (Agulla park). It is located in a Masia (the typical old catalan home in the land), which is very-well restorated and decorated. We came here to celebrate my birthday with some friends, so we can go to lunch to the private room located in the back zone of the house. Here it is a perfect place to lunch quietly and enjoy with the conversation with the friends leisurely. Also the staff and especially the owner were very friendly and they talked with us all the time. Thank you very much for your hospitality!We tasted and shared some first dishes and after we ate a second dish and a dessert each one. All was really amazing! A place to come if you visit Central Catalonia and especially Manresa.

Raviolo is a restaurant located in Manresa, a city in the center of Catalonia. It is a restaurant very-well decorated,where you can eat italian, catalan and mediterranean food. Definitely, I like places with personality, and this one has it. First, the wide range of vermouth options must be said, apart from a warm space for warmth and service.
