Popped in for a quiet drink in this beautifully decorated hotel and restaurant ended up staying all evening because we wanted to taste the next tapas. All the food was home made by the chef Pedro, and boy was it fantastic. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We are defiantly going back to try the main menu. We have already booked some friends to stay in the hotel. The price are very very good. Highly recommend.

Restaurant is situated in elevated position only a couple of minutes walk down to lake. Panoramic views are just wonderful- blues and turqouise of lake..- the mountains behind in shades of sand thru to red. Inside dining in addition to wonderful wrap round terrace. Food typical rural andalucian fare and great to see wild boar on menu. Owners / staff are charming.

Ordered 2 steaks which were tasty. Little else to say. The roquefort cheese sauce was excessive in quantity. But the numerous kittens enjoyed a tiny bite of what was uneaten outside. Let's hope they can be neutered to protect from further unwanted strays.

For only 9â¬, one of the best daily menus I've had in this visit to Spain, not just the variety and the quality, but also the service with a smile from a happy waiter ( owner?) and happy bar staff - most the customers seemed to have a smile on their faces as well, so 10 out of 10, because all too often, the lunchtime meal isn't as satisfying as it should be! Hope to come back another day!

The restaurant offers a great choice of pizzas, pasta and local dishes all freshly prepared and very tasty. Free tapas served with the drinks orders so no need for starters. Portions are very good and the family are so friendly. Prices are probably around half of what we'd expect to pay in UK and it is good to mix with the locals who dine here.
