One of the most interesting concept restaurants I have been to. The interior design, cars, motorcycles, bar - are awesome for any man! They also had some very interesting drinks - my margarita made with pineapple and habanero peppers was amazing - nothing else like it anywhere. We both had mexican food, Tacos and California burrito which were both decent, not the best but no real complaints. I would go back and try more if we get back to the area.Thank you for the lovely review. We are glad that you enjoyed your time with us! The restaurant located on a very old building is located on Main Street, the decor very Mexican and well decorated with a fireplace and statues of saint and angels , tables of wood and water glassware of pewter, the waiter Silvano, couldnât have asked for better service and great recommendations, my wife had the Halibut, I had the carne asada, both mouth watering, we accompanied the food with an Albariño , and desert coconut flan and guava sherbet, we will definitely return Thank you for the lovely review of Chimayo.
