The interior gives off a Gatsby vibe, as if you have stepped back into the roaring twenties for the evening. The service was top notch and the service was quick and efficient. I ordered the cowgirl steak with horseradish cream which was delightfully mild yet tangy enough. My wife ordered the 55 dry aged ribeye, which was quite possibly an unmatched beef experience. We agreed on the Mac and cheese as our side and it was the highlight of the night as I am convinced itâs the best Mac and cheese I have ever eaten. Dinner was finished with the butter pie which was top notch as well. Ambiance: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 4.5/5

My husband & I stopped in for dinner. We found the restaurant not too busy the day after the 4th. Drew was our waiter and was very helpful with suggestions and keeping our iced tea glasses full; very friendly! My husband had the fried shrimp and I had fish & chips. Both were very good. The Old Bay Fries are very tasty as well. Wish I had passed up the dinner rolls for dessert tho. I was really full after we ate and the dessert menu looked delicious. $44 for all without tip. Palmer's is located in Lexington Green, and is a great place for outdoor entertainment on Saturday evenings in the summer. They have good margaritas and great slider appetizers, as well as great scenery on the patio near the water.

Got to admit that this was one of best meals my wife and myself have had in many years, the corn and crab chowder was wonderful along with our fish dishs. We will be back. Our service was very good too.

This local Lexington restaurant has been around for a long time. It is hidden away off busy Nicholasville Rd outside Man o War but before you get to South Point. The pasta fagioli soup here is excellent. We were here for a special dinner. I also had Scallops Rockefeller. The scallops were tender and sweet. It was delicious and I took half home. My husband really likes lasagna so that's what he had and he thought it was very good. I also ordered a tiramisu which was a bit of a disappointment as it didn't have coffee flavor but chocolate. Traditional tiramisu has espresso. I don't know if it was made in house or purchased elsewhere, but espresso was definitely missing and disappointing. It was a busy Saturday night and a too noisy for me. I wish restaurants would do more to dampen noise. Our waiter did a good job taking care of our order and checking on us altho' he was busy with several other tables. I've had lunch here several times in the past and it was also very good. However, I don't think they are open for lunch anymore. I hope they'll reopen for lunch in warmer months?

This was suppose to be a family celebration of our son graduating high school. I called three days ahead to reserve a table for fifteen people. When we all arrived, they did not have it ready we had to wait in the lobby. Three people in our party ordered drinks from the bar, it took over fifteen minutes to get them. They were not busy. My prime rib came out cold. My son's steak was half fat. Terrible service, cold food with an expensive bill. First, our waiter Alex was great. The perfect amount of attentiveness, but not overbearing. We were in and out quick. Food was all excellent. My husband ordered the burger week special, PB&J burger, and it was good, but needed a little extra sauce, which Alex brought right out. The buffalo chicken quesadilla is HUGE. Everything was excellent.Exactly what we were looking for.
