Had a beautiful dinner on 15th may with friends until what looked liked the manager big stocky manager started carrying on , not sure over what wasnt really paying attention much but The foul language coming out of his mouth was enough for myself and my freinds to up and leave felt sorry for everyone there. we will not be back.

We visited at about 5:45 on a Saturday night. At the time the restaurant was only about half full.The wait staff were very good but that where it ended. The food took over 70 minutes to arrive.The food was overcooked and not what we expected

Tasty large oysters Kilpatrick. Tender perfectly cooked eye fillet with totally delicious peppercorn sauce. I hear others at my table also loved their meals. I was too full for desert.Nice views, ok service (could be little more attentive however wasn't bad). Only issues was that we (4 of us) didn't have a booking on a Saturday night and were made to feel (despite many available tables) that perhaps we would not get a table.When we finished (hundreds of dollars later) there were still available tables so not sure what the charade.Thanks for taking the time to post this review, Sonjabs!! Four of us dined enjoyed oysters scallops calamari chowder entrees all wonderful. Mains sashimi prawns grilled yellow tail kingfish and tempura fish and chips again every dish hit the mark. Cheese platter coal river farm cheeses and one rhubarb dessert once again nothing left on plates. Finished off with coffees. Atmosphere is very casual and classy service headed by Salisbury you just could not fault.

Saturday night dinner at Me Wah and it lived up to the hype. This is everything you want in a high end Chinese restaurant. Great menu, expansive wine list with some really good options (Rockford Basket Press Shiraz) and fabulous service/.Everything we ate was amazing - especially the Peking duck & the beef with mustard. I don't eat pork and staff were very accommodating to adapt rice. Coming from Sydney found the pricing very reasonable given the quality.Highly recommended.
