Always busy in 'taverne oud gemeentehuis' and the customers + rumours were right..good service & nice price setting. Menu with focus on grill but plenty of other things (pasta/wok/fish etc) are available. Laat ons eerlijk zijn, je gaat op restaurant om te eten, liefst lekker en in een aangenaam kader. Wel hieraan voldoet deze zaak ruimschoots. De tijd heeft er misschien wat stilgestaan volgens sommigen maar voor mij is dit niet echt belangrijk.Het eten, de wijnen en bediening waren voortreffelijk, alles was netjes en verzorgd, klassieke tafelopstelling, met een mooie afwerking, meer moet het niet zijn.Zeker een aanrader als je van klassieke keuken houdt zonder veel poespas.

Amazing and savoury lunch for a group of 16 people which is always more difficult. Tasty carpaccio without the usual synthetic truffle oil. Delicious and juicy pintade. Magnific dessert. Very gentle staff.

very good concept, in the same building is also an art gallery , Wilford X with temporary exhibitions and when the food on your plate is also dressed like a painting, the circle is round ! The chef was recently nominated as a " young Kitchen Force " you can find him in the Gault Milault also, so I should say , give it a try and you will not be disappointed !

Went over to have dinner with family following recommendation local friend and was more than pleasantly surprised of how great everything was. Although at first the menu seems limited, it's actually very well balanced. I would like to compliment the wine list. Again the prices may seem on the high side but actually for what's on offer comparing the same wines from other wine lists in other parts of Europe they are actually very reasonable. Thank you Alex and the team I look forward to coming back soon

Four of us had lunch at H-eat and loved every single one of our dishes! Four starters, main courses and desserts â everything was impeccable. While the dishes reflect an unpretentious bistro style, the quality of the ingredients and of the cooking elevates them to a superior eating experience. Interesting wine selection, and excellent wine service all throughout our meal. All of the waiting staff was as cordial as they were professional. From the open kitchen, the chef takes the time to greet guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant, which is a nice touch. Our visit was absolutely perfect, from beginning to end. With only 30 seats, make sure to reserve well ahead of time â definitely worth it!

Great ambience, great food, service occasionally poor - we had to ask three times for a bottle of water. The head waitress was very helpful and tried to accommodate my non dairy, gluten and yeast diet. The only fail was the cream as decoration on the berries I had for dessert. The location is breathtaking and sitting on the terrace during a long summer evening is immensely pleasurable.

Was here for dinner with friends, very original and Delicious tasty creations. We took the 4 course dinner including wine and Received 3 different wines and for every wine they refilled our glasses once, so they arenât cheap in providing you sufficient wine. However, the food portions could have been a bit larger. We didnât go home hungry, but I would suggest not skipping lunch at home if you plan to go for dinner here. Like another reviewer suggested: portions could be a bit larger. Or maybe they could offer also a 5 course dinner in the future. Despite the portion sizes I see no reason to not give 5 stars.
