What a surprise. A hotel restaurant that serves anazing food, warm service in a beautiful dinning room. We had an excellent meal, original, fresh. Well prepared. From a truly amusing "amuse bouche" of potatoes and pickled califlower to an tasty rioast pork main and a tasty foie gras and artichokes ravioli starter. Pricing was very reasonable compared to the quality and originality of the cuisine. Worth a visit, not just a convient hotel dining room. A nice and sweet couple went around the world in 2010 and came back in Aix with the idea to allow people to discover the food they loved. Such a good idea. Charming and welcoming, they give you advices on which food to order. I strongly recommend the guozi, akras and shrimps nems. Special thought for the mango curry sausage. A nice place to stay a few hours and enjoy some good wine (the Malbec was good).
