New year's Eve popped in for a quick drink but although the interior is looking better the atmosphere was not good the manager could barely raise his eyes to say hello.Prices seem to have gone up since they took over as well.We like this bar and it's position but they need to work on a better atmosphere more welcoming or I will use other bars insteadAfter reviewing this post we find the content to be inaccurate. And we have reported your review to Trip Advisor.

Myself and my wife walked along the river from algorfa to formantera which was very pleasant indeed. Having had a look around the village we discovered Montgomery's bar and what a great surprise that was. We were greeted by the owner Stephen, who could not have been more friendly. The bar is really nice and seems to cater for all the family with a pool table and nice seating area outside, which is where we enjoyed our meal. We both opted for the steaks Which seems to be their signature dish and it was fabulous and excellent value. We will definitely be going back here and I suggest that you do likewise,as you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I fined on the special offer steak - two ribeye for 22 euros.Excellent value. It came with all the usual - mushrooms, tomatoes, chips and a small salad.Ordered I've cream as dessert and not disappointed with portion.We had never been before and will go again.A special mention for Clair who seemed to do everything - good orders, clearing away, serving and tidying up.

Good selection, well cooked food, great service and organised with military precision. Very enjoyable Sunday afternoonWeâve been going to this bar for years when staying at our parents. The current owners have gone the extra mile with Sunleys. Improving the seating and we have noticed how popular it is compared to previous visits. Bingo, quiz nights and open mic nights bring the local community in to congregate at a focal point. Well done Deb, Steve, Robyn and your team of enthusiastic helpers. Youâre all doing a great job.

Had lunch during our visit. Even though it was busy the waitress did a great job at serving us. The meal was ok. However went for Sunday breakfast, arrived at 9:45 am only to be told that breakfast is not served until 10, the waitress did not even say here are the menus have a seat and breakfast will start at 10am. It was 10 am and another couple must have been waiting and went to the bar to ask for theBreakfast menu only to be told by the waitress that she will bring it to them. By now it was nearly 10:10 and she was still busy discussing with her colleague something behind the bar at which point we got up paid for the orange juices and left. She made no attempt to apologise, offer us the breakfast. Terrible customer service.

Been at la finca for a week with our granddaughters went to bistro first night great meal great service from Lucy & Steve and a great welcome from Nikki The children decided to score each place we visited throughout the week and the bistro came first so went back again this time even better the sizzling pork was to die for the children had mini burgers and sausage serve second to non attentive but not in your face Once again a lovely meal made to feel welcome although busy Well done Nikki Steve and LucyThank you so much glad you granddaughters enjoyed there visit to us, and you See you soon

Came here 3 times whilst on holiday. Each time the staff were absolutely perfect and attentive. The food was outstanding, the steaks were cooked perfectly and the starters and desserts were equally great. I cannot say a bad word about this place. Would totally recommend.

Parked our car near this establishment, went to the market 5 minutes away. After an hour or so returned to âThe Bridge â . A very busy place, with tables and chairs outside, a young girl took our drinks order while we had a look at the menu. A good variety of food was on offer, but as were meeting up with friends we decided not to have lunch, I had already picked my lunch, but was informed by the wife that we were not eating. But next time we visit, and we will, I know exactly what Iâm going to order. A very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, what else would anyone want...
