We discovered this hidden gem when meeting friends for lunch. The menu is incredible for the North Country, with a Lobster Roll, and fish tacos. The menu was varied and not limited to the usual burgers and fries, but also offered the standard steak and burgers for the less adventuresome. I had a Cuban sandwich and was amazed with the slab of ham and dill pickle spears making this one of the biggest, tastiest Cubans I've had north of Florida. My wife added a chicken filet to her pear salad and called it fabulous. We didn't have the wild rice chili, but it looked very interesting.They advertised a $10.95 Sunday brunch that would attract us if it wasn't an hour drive from our home.They had an intriguing selection of craft brews that we chose to skip because of a long return drive.Our waitress, Christy, was attentive, but not smothering.She refilled our sodas repeatedly during our 2-hour lunch and gab session.My wife shared a peach cobbler with a friend and declared it sumptuous.(A hint, check out the beer keg urinals in the men's room. They're hilarious! People were taking pictures and emailing them to friends)We will return, although restaurants in this region don't seem to survive once the summer vacation season passes. I truly hope this place is a survivor.

Real nice place to eat in Aitkin. I had the chicken and ribs combo for $20. Chicken was real good. Ribs were ok. Slow cooked in oven or something. Fell off bone which means they were over cooked decent flavor. Side of onion rings were a bit greasy but ok. Wife had ribeye ordered med rare. Came out rare. She said it was good though. Salad bar is refreshing and fresh. We always enjoy that. For a nice night out this is a good place to go.

This bar and grill are easy to find when traveling #169 north or south. Always lots of vehicles there. Plenty of good food, drinks and wonderful service. Food is always hot and delivered quickly and delicious. Daily specials are also available. Stop in and see for yourself.

Another great meal. The owners are attentive and come out and greet you. The restaurant is clean and you can tell there is pride of ownership. Different than other places in the area. The Frisco burger was delicious. The beer was cold. I highly recommend this place for some good food and fun.
