This place doesn’t look like much from the outside and it’s rather tiny inside. But you can order some local beers (I can finally say I tried some beer from Rhode Island), and the pizzas are delicious. We tried their version of a Hawaiian pie, but it was prosciutto in place of the standard ham. They have a good selection of pizza, in addition to salads, subs, calzones and more. They also have a small kid’s menu. Try also offer take out. Very inexpensive, too, considering, and service was excellent. It’s rather close to the interstate, too, if you’re for a quick bite and not a long drive to get there.

This Kingston Pizza location is on a side street and walking distance to the University of Rhode Island. Truth be told I found this after hearing they won Best Pizza in South County. They have unusual pizza, try My Wife's Pizza which has roasted garlic, roasted tomatoes, feta and broccoli and spinach, just fabulous pizza.Or try the Thunderbird pizza which is their twist to a buffalo chicken pizza. And the staff was just great. Worth finding this out of the way place.

Had the pizza from here many times, as well as the club sandwiches and fish and chips... All good and worth the money. Sometimes the service can be a little below average but that's any small restaurant, it happens.

Took grandkids for pizza but wound up having chicken parm with pasta and it was absolutely outstanding!! The portions were huge, chicken juicy and tender, pasta cooked perfectly with delicious sauce; really can't say enough about the unexpected quality of this dish. BTW the pasta was also wonderfully covered in fabulous melted cheese. Also had the Twisted salad that was big enough for all four of us, loaded with veggies, pepperoni, ham, salami rolled with cheese all topped with lots of feta cheese. Delicious!!! Did order a child's cheese pizza which was also good. Will be bringing friends for the chicken parm, definitely good enough for a date night!Restaurant is very family friendly with large booths and plenty of room in their new dining room. Staff is friendly, very helpful and efficient; overall a very inviting place for dinner. This is really so much more than a pizza place.

Nice place. There was 4 of us & only one of us had been here before. It was clean & amazingly not too loud with background music!!! We could actually carry on a conversation . The menu selection has it all. Appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, full meals, pizza, calzones, seafood, etc... our server Jennifer B. Was awesome. Two of us had 1/2 Rack BBQ baby back ribs with awesome fries & tasty Cole slaw ($14.98) & Baked Scrod with fries($13.59). Coffee ($2.29) & a Ginger ale ($2.49).we arrived about 4pm on a Monday & when we left the place was pretty full with even a half dozen patrons at the bar. I might also add that there is a large selection of beer available. Too bad it’s about an hour from where we live - if it was closer we’d be visiting more often!

Stopped for a quick salad after exploring nearby dam and waterfall in Shannock Village. Surprised by the freshness and large portion of a Chef Salad. 2 booths and 1 table, yet the turnover is quick. The owner is cheerful, and from what I could tell, the grinders looked big, the pizza looked flavorful.

K & S Pizza & Restaurant

I love pizza! And so does my family! My family originally came from Naples, Italy, the place pizza was invented, so I like to think I'm a natural connoisseur of pizza. Whether you believe that line or not you can trust me on this; K&S makes a great pizza!Just today my family and I were out and about, we had no idea what we were going to have for dinner. One of us suggested trying this little family owned pizza restaurant that so many folks have told us is so good... And it is! The very moment we walked into the place there was nothing but good vibes, friendly engaging staff, an open kitchen where people were actually preparing fresh vegetables and herbs in front of us and a clean, albeit small, dinning area. At first taste we could actually note the freshness of garlic and basil. If you have ever cooked at home with fresh basil from the garden and freshly chopped garlic you know what I am referring to.The place actually has an extensive menu for such a small locally owned restaurant. And we are already talking of going back tomorrow for fish and chips and some chowder. On another note, from what I have read about K&S, they are working with local seafood suppliers and farmers for many of the ingredients to their menu items. As well as growing some of their own herbs and produce right there on the premises. Personally, this would be enough for me to patronize them even if the food was merely average... The great thing is it's outstanding!

We moved to Hope Valley last summer, but didn't try this restaurant until one night when I realized that the other pizza place on the street is closed on Mondays. It immediately became my default hometown pizza place. Light, crispy crust, nicely flavored sauce, quality cheese and pepperoni and, until their cross-street competition, fresh (not canned) mushrooms. The menu goes well beyond pizza to include steak tips, fish and chips, calimari, burgers, as well as pasta dishes. You can dine in -- the tables are very nice and have cloth napkins, but there are only about 8 - 10 tables. For their size, they have a good wine and beer selection. The staff are very friendly, fast and efficient.

Town Pizza 2

We've ordered from Town Pizza II a number of times over the years, and every time we wonder why we don't make it our only take-out pizza place. The pizza is THAT good. We stopped in here on a slow night for a quiet family dinner, as we hear a lot of great reviews about the dinners, and we ordered pizzas and a Penne Primavera. As always, the pizza is the best there is around here. The crust is a bit thinner, and the edge rolled just enough to make crust lovers happy, but not huge. Fired Up Eggplant pizza was amazing, Margarita light and perfect. There are definitely other good pizza places around, but this is the best IMHO. I was disappointed in the Penne Primavera. It may have been that the night was slow, or that mid-winter seasonal veggies were limited, but the veggies were overdone to near mush and looked more like they were from a frozen package. The pasta was completely overcooked as well, and the dish simply didn't impress us as everything else here did. I wouldn't let that stop us from trying another dinner item on another visit, I really have a feeling it was an off night for this dish as we simply hear too many good things for this to be the norm. The restaurant is neat and clean, and the service is good.
