We just tried this place recently 5/10 because we heard it was good. We got there about 5pm and the bar was already packed. They have a big bar too, and we ended up grabbing the only 2 seats left. What we didn't know is that they run a special mon-fri, 4-6pm, all apps are half price. So all the regulars know this and fill the bar. We got the potato skins, and they were really good. They have a pretty good app selection, and the other things we saw (buffalo fingers, chicken quesadilla, nacho's) all looked delicious. And the portions looked good size as well. We also got a small pizza and that was really good to, but it could be a little bigger, but it was tasty. The calzones looked really good and those were really big also. The place had a fun atmosphere, with plenty of TV's, keno and a good menu of bar food and Italian.The beer was also nice and cold. We will definitely be going back soon, and bringing friends.

My other half works 3-11pm six days a week. I'm forced to fend for myself and find myself at "Mike's Roast Beef" constantly! The food is fresh, service incredibly friendly, and the chefs consistently the same. Their menu has a wide variety of subs, pizza, pasta dinners, and calzones. My only "mini" peeve is that they close shop, on paper at 9:00pm, in reality, 8:30pm because by then the grill is already off, the floors swept, tables washed, and the door ready to be locked. I suppose the staff is exhausted because they run non-stop from the time the door opens. One of their best bets is the Monday through Wednesday half price pasta dinners. Great way to save money for the family. If you're in the neighborhood, drop in; I think you'll be back!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly-had a nice conversation about the area with the owner (?). Sandwiches were large and very good. If we had one more night I would have liked to try a pizza.

I don't know why anyone would give this place a high rating. The service is horrendous. The staff doesn't know what their doing and are not friendly. The food is just so so I suggest you go to another Italian restaurant, there are many good ones in the area, just not this one.

We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza which was very good, nice crispy dough, good sauce and a four cheese specialty which was excellent. We have only been here for lunch on several occasions. Never have to wait long for food, always hot and portions are substantial. We have never had pizza there, usually going for one of the hot sandwiches, subs..etc. Definitely recommend for a good, affordable quick lunch . We need to try their pizza and see how they compare to other local restaurants.

This is by far the best sub shop in New England. In addition to subs, they have a wide menu offering pastas, salads, marinated chicken wings and much more. Obviously they have pizza, but I can specifically relate to my experience ordering subs, pasta and chicken wings here.The restaurant is immaculate and it is most obvious the owner take great pride in it. The staff is most accommodating and will customize your order to your own liking. I cannot recommend another sub shop any higher than Omega. As a matter of fact, no others come close. This is a gem.

Their marinated wings have to be the best kept secret on the North Shore! Their chicken sandwiches are always fresh! The owners could not be better corporate citizens and their team understand the 40 years of cooking science.....Awesome, I'm bias, I'll admit it, but it's just great fresh food!
