We ordered the pizza to pick up it took us 45 minutes after we arrived to get our pizza. Although the pizza was very good we were very disappointed in how long it took to receive it. Evidently they had forgotten to cook it . I will go back again to try it and see what happens the pizza was very delicious just took longer than they promised. They didn't even offer us a discount or anything for the wait.

Once again, truck was in the shop at Decker Truck Lines here in fort dodge, ia, and they sent us over to days in, we walked to little ceasars got a large pizza and went back to room, everything's in walking distance and very friendly people

I have worked at Pizza Hut when I was a teen and this staff is wonderful and love their jobs. Service with a smile and hearing the laughter from the kitchen you know they like it there. My order was 1/2 right and without a complaint they corrected and even offered me a drink. Now that is service, the food is wonderful! Even the gal mopping the floor was smiling and so friendly. I will definitely be back here again to eat the next time I am in Ft Dodge.

We went for dinner and it wasn't great. My husband had the smoked brisket salad and the brisket was tough. I had the steak sandwich with onion rings. The onion rings were terrible. The menu said lightly battered, wrong. The batter was so thick that it wasn't really cooked all the way. I will say the steak was well seasoned with good flavor, but the meat to Texas bread is way off. The steak is paper thin stuck between to thick slices of bread. I will say the ranch dressing was very good. We might go back sometime and try something different. Our waitress was friendly but never checked on us because she was to busy talking to some other young girl sitting at a different table.We thank you for your comments and detail that really assist us in addressing issues during our team meetings. This will be discussed with our cooking staff and our serving staff. Again, thank you for your comments and review. We look forward to your next visit.

This is a common pizza ranch. I'm not a huge fan of the pizza but the buffet does have many more choices than a normal pizza buffet would. I like their chicken and if craving chicken, mashed potatoes, and gravy it fills the need. However, the price is almost double Pizza Hut buffet and on par with the HYvee Grand buffet which I feel both are better.
