Pizza, and panuozzi is what you’re there for. Super yummy. Buratta is great too. Great for a casual date or a family early dinner. Unassuming, oozing with authentic Italian flavor, great service.

Call me cheap but one app, three entree pizzas (two with no meat even) and one bottle of wine (cheapest they had) running $125 is a tad outrageous. No matter how you stretch the dough it is still pizza. Decent pizza. Low lighting bar with brick walls. Nice character, decent staff but pizza and pricey.

After having lunch here once before we had dinner here with another couple. The place is pretty basic and does pizza, although we did not have any. The service was friendly and attentive. The food terrific. We ate family style with two entrees (a fish and a beef kabob) between us and a large mediterranean salad, lots of great fresh bread and one of our favorites, Labne (a yogurt based sauce). We ordered a bottle of Shiraz wine and after ordering discovered that Monday night is half price wine night. Very good wine and incredible price. A really nice place to go to again and again.

B Side Pizzeria

Ahhhh...great choices. My husband and I split the eggplant parmigiana and a wonderful pizza with caramelized onions. Brilliantly, the server (also an actor, and so very dear), brought each dish separately so neither got cold! We didn’t even think to ask! Incredible tastes. Loved each bite and had a slice leftover! Convenient to Broadway! No reservations but we happily got a table for 2 at lunch. Definitely recommend!

Coppola's Pizzeria Restaurant

We were in the neighborhood and passed by this place and thought we would give it a try. At first we went inside but the ambience was a little bit tired and the only table available was next to the bathroom. They did have one small table right out front and so we decided we would eat there and it was actually very lovely. Clearly this would not be an option in colder weather. The waiter was very very good and nice. The food was excellent – one particularly good dish we enjoyed was the black linguine with seafood. We also had a pizza and it was very good but not great – the crust was a little bit overcooked. Overall a very decent local Italian restaurant.

SottoCasa Pizzeria

Very cozy, real italian pizzeria in the heart of Harlem, great pizza and wine selection

If you like wood-fired pizza, welcome to SottoCasa. Their ingredients are top-notch, and the crust is at once chewy and light as a feather--pizza perfect. The service was prompt and friendly, even on a Friday night. And the facility is charming, if a bit noisy. Remember that sotto means bottom--this place is at the bottom of a brownstone and is easy to miss.
