I like their pizza, but their take out service is not good. The last two times I had take out service it was not good. I called up and ordered a medium pizza. I asked how long it would be, because the previous time I was told 15 minutes and it took 40. This time the gal asked someone, and said 10- 15 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes, and waited another 15 minutes to receive my order. There were six employees working... three people dining in the restaurant... another two people waiting for pick-up... three pizzas in the oven, one of which was mine that just went into the oven after I arrived. I was not happy... talked to the manager on duty, who offered me a lousy 10 % off, which I declined. I called and talked to the owner and told him what I thought. He apologized, said he would work on better service. They better, or they won't be in business much longer. I won't return. The Johnny's on Cheshire Bridge in Atlanta is the best I have eaten at.

I'm sitting in Amici, and it's 1:56p.m. on a Thursday. I entered awsy 1:35. There were two people at one table. And me. I waited at the door to be seated and watched a server clean seven tables without noticing me. Finally, at 1: 47 another server happened to see me as she dropped food at the couple's table. She seated me, I asked for a soda, and she let the other server know. 1:56... the server who seated me walked past, so I asked if I could order. Not long afterward, the other server stopped by the couple's table and offered drink refills. Then the one who seated me and took my order asked them if they needed drink refills. Then the first one delivered their drinks and said, " We're going to pester you, since you're the only ones here. "Why do I keep trying to eat here?Ten minutes have passed. My one slice of pizza isn't here, yet. I always tip at least $5.00.(I was a server once, myself)Honestly, I wouldn't bring anyone here to eat. We apologize for your experience, and would love it of you gave us another chance. Please share your story with the manager the next time you are in.

Papa John's pizza is great, and they have great deals going on all the time to save money. Check the Specials section on the website to see what the current deals. Their website is really easy to place an order on, and if you join their Papa Rewards program then you earn points with every order, and once you reach 25 you get a free pizza! They rarely make an error, but when they do, they make it right. Like once they forgot to put the hot sauce on my Buffalo Chicken Pizza, but when I let them know they deposited 25 points in my Rewards account to use for a free pizza! Customer service is their number one priority, so if you ever have a problem just let them know and they will make it right. They also offer lighter pizza options for those watching their weight, which have less cheese, and a veggie pizza for those who don't like meat. Their dessert is great too. They have a brownie and a big chocolate chip cookie.

Atlanta Pizza & Gyro

Great local restaurant. Family-friendly.

I was on a business trip and there had been some snow which caused the city to basically shutdown. As the day progressed, there wasn't much snow on the ground, but many local eateries were still closed. Thankfully, the fine folks at Atlanta Pizza & Gyro were on the job and happy to take in us wayward travelers (as I was waiting for my food, another business traveler wandered in as well). I had the gyro platter and a Greek salad. The food was out FAST and it was DELICIOUS. Next time I am in town, I will DEFINITELY swing by and grab another bite!

We went on Veterans Day with my two military sons and their little siblings. They all were excited by pizza and hoagies. It always takes a very long time to get your food but this time they brought one pizza for the adults, then 10 minutes later another but the hoagie and the children’s food were a good 20 minutes later then everything else. The food was good and the server efficient enough but the kitchen can be chaos. We are sorry for your long wait! We try to be efficient as possible, but sometimes on holidays it can get a bit hectic. We promise to look at our process to try to improve your next visit. We would love to have you back soon!

I’ve eaten here several times. The food is good and service is friendly. This is a family owned placed with a focus on ensuring a great experience. The wait staff is younger and needs to be more attentive to the customer, but overall everything is very good. The menu focuses on basic Greek and Italian dishes. The portions are decent sized and the cost low. Overall, this is a great local family owned place that I will continue to frequent on a regular basis.
