I do not agree that this restaurant is expensive. The restaurant is very nicely decorated.The food quality is very good and service is great. We have the tasting menu and it include a lot of speciality items.They are not using the most expensive ingredients but the products are well made.

We made a reservation at the Savannah Cafe for dinner and we were so delighted by the food and service. As the restaurant has been in business for 35 years, you can tell the owner really values customers that come for the food and experience, and not just to sit outside! Definitely one of our more memorable meals in Paris! Highly recommend making a reservation for a fabulous meal! This is the 1 pizza stop you need to make. Everything was so fresh, staff was friendly and welcoming. Myself and 3 friends stopped here while on our trip. We all ordered different pizzas and shared. All of the izzas were AH-MAZING!!!

Maybe a bit small place but it makes it up with a good spirit and warmth from the staff. A band of two men played some Greek music on string instruments.The food is plenty and good, got it quick. Friendly staff. The price are reasonable. The area itself is beaming with activity from the numerous bars in the area.Recommended!

What a great little place! The staff was very friendly and accommodating.The menu price for dinner is unbeatable, and the portions were reasonable. The tiramisu is heavenly. The Sicilian wine was fruity and full bodied. I definitely recommend...

I stumbled across this restaurant while renting in the Latin Quarter. The food is exceptional -- extremely fresh, delicious. Myriads of options and extremely fair pricing. The owners are beyond friendly and gracious. Meat options and great for vegetarians/vegans. I ate here 3x in one week -- twice for lunch and once for take out dinner. A welcome break from standard French bistro fare.

Couscous, tagines, in a cosy an open atmosphere restaurant - With an acute desire of couscous once landed in Paris airport we rushed into this place -located approx twenty minutes walk if from Gare de Lyon station- We went there at 22h30 (last order time!), enjoyed couscous merguez, lamb tagine and a bottle of Boulaouane, total fifty euros. Merci Paris!!!

My wife is a vegetarian. Visits to France are always hard for her, with many French restaurants offering poor veggie options (indeed, if offering anything at all). So, we were delighted to discover this restaurant close to the Novotel we were staying in. So much so, we actually had 2 meals during our stay. The owner warmly welcomed us, quickly giving us all complimentary drinks whilst we browsed the menu. The vegetrian choices possibly outnumbered the meat/fish offerings. Our meal was very tasty, with a variety of flavours. Our youngest child had chicken and fries. The chicken was proper chunks of breast fillet, not re-constituted nuggets/goujons. Very good.
