We spent two nights in Chartres and luckily our concierge recommended us the restaurant Terra. After having a great dinner there, we decided to book a table also for the day after.The food is excellent, the atmosphere is very nice, the staff is friendly and very service-oriented, and finally Giuseppe, the owner and chef, who is a big Juventus-fan, is in my eyes the âAndrea Pirloâ of the restaurant business, truly a magician.....Whenever we are back to Chartres, our choice will only be Terra !!!!

After a long day on the road from the South and after checking into the adjacent Hotel we came here for a quick dinner. We both ordered a large beer and pizza and both came very quickly. The Hotel offers 20%discount off food here so we took advantage of the offer. Nous avons pris des menus enfants dans lesquels les enfants ont eu droit à un couscous merguez (le positif).Par contre ce dernier était sans saveur. La semoule avait lâair réchauffée au micro onde.Pour les adultes, câétait des tajines et là ... une catastrophe. Le repas était insipide. La préparation est complètement différentes des autres restaurants orientaux. Les légumes et la viandes sont déposés dans un tajine froid. Le jus est sans goût. On a plus de lâeau quâune préparation classique.Le pire: les pommes des terres grenailles du jamais vu!!!!Bref pour les amateurs de cuisine orientale, je vous le déconseille fortement.

Couscous correct, pas le meilleur de Chartres, accueil assez impersonnel, ce restaurant a changé de nombreuses fois de style et ça se voit. Les danseuses n'apportent pas grand chose sinon du bruit.Correct sans plus
