We wanted a quick winter warmer, and were able to walk in and got a table straight away.The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The food was quite good and very affordable.A great choice in this strip of Asian eateries in Kingsway.

This is one restaurant that is not easy to locate unless you are local as it is located inside an asian grocery shop. Restaurant was closed for a while and only reopened a month ago. This is not your typical restaurants where it has beautiful renovation with professional images of the menu but normal food quality. Is a very small restaurant and setup. The place can probably cater not more than 30person. It looks like family operates and everything looks so simple. However the food quality is far beyond simple. Since it was a lunch visit, we only ordered their fried chicken. We had to wait sometime for it eventhough we were the only customer. Nevertheless it taste far better than our regular korean fried chicken. Usually the sauce is additional to the chicken but this restaurant had the taste pre-marinated, hence there is no extra sauce as topping. No wonder we have to wait for a while. Surprisingly my children were commenting "worth the wait" when normally they will complain about the waiting time. They dont have much drink variety but their price is not high. Soft drink only cost $1.50 if i am not wrong and they have compliment hot tea & water. I note they have sign "No BYO". Payment is cash only. Do prepare some cash during your visit.

Tried out this place for the first time at Glen Waverley with friends for lunch.We had the sweet potato glass noodle (beef) and half & half chicken (sweet chili and soy and garlic). The noodle is done well. Regarding the chicken, the chicken is seasoned and coated properly with the sauces properly marinated over the whole chicken pieces compare to other Korean chicken places.Staffs are reasonably helpful. Place is kept clean. Seating available within or outside the shop.In short, it's a place worth to try out for group meals. Especially the chicken.

What wowed me was the design of the grill plates. Who would have thought of vertical rather than the traditional horizontal type. This was a jap-style food grill restaurant. But other jap fusion dishes were also served. Seemed like it to me. Although I did not take any photos, I will definitely visit this restaurant time and time again. I left feeling good about the food and place.

We walked past during the day and read the menu - it looked interesting and the restaurant was busy so we made sure we booked. We had only tried Korean once before and it wasn't great BUT this place was good from the beginning - even the Kimchee was very tasty. We weren't brave enough to try cooking at the table but we might try that next time. We started with a plate of KFC - Korean Fried Chicken to share between 4 as an entree. With the help of the waitress we then went for a plate of raw steak which was another highlight of the evening and a couple of other dishes. We then went back for another plate of KFC. BYO wine does incur a corkage fee which the waitress told us at the start of the meal. The food was certainly tasty and different. Well worth a visit if you are looking for something a bit different.

Went there on a weekday for dinner and it was busy. However, we didnât have to wait too long. Enjoyed the food and side dishes which the owner states they make it themselves. Rated it 3 star cos it was not spectacular. Very nice and friendly owner. If youâre in the area and want some Korean food, itâll probably satisfy your craving.Street parking is plentiful as thereâs a time limit of 1.5 hours. Near the Glen Waverley train and bus station.
