Very modern decor with a large windowed that loks out across the bay. As restaurant opens at 2000 hours if you time it right you can see the sunset whilst eating. Food was excellent, all served by helpful staff. The tempura vegetables were so light, a must.Hi MICHAEL C! First of all, thank you so much for your comment. We are really glad to have that beautiful view to the bay and we love you can enjoy it. Also, we appreciate your wordss to our meal and staff. Daikiya

Found this place on here and liked the positive reviews so we booked a table. It was a little out of the way from our hotel but the taxi driver found it for us. The owners are very welcoming although we couldn’t understand a word each other were saying but we seemed to get by. The menu is extensive so we ordered 4 or 5 dishes to see how we got on. Everything was so good we could have just kept ordering more! We went for a second round then decided to stop and have a dessert. This was seriously good sushi and I would definite recommend making the effort to go there.

Taller de Mar Restaurant

Tried this place after reading about it on Trip Adviser. So pleased we did! We had a 5 course tasting menu that was beautifully proportioned with wonderful flavors and great presentation. We started with a prawn tempura, followed by a wonderful ceviche and then a delicious pasta (shan’t reveal the detail) followed by a sublime sea bream dish and then a passion fruit and white choc dessert. Service was charming and efficient. This place was popular so it pays to book. We will be returning!
