The city shares a border on the Arkansas-Oklahoma state line with the city of West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma, which is within the Cherokee Nation territory. The town was founded in 1882 and was characterized by the purported healing powers of the spring water feeding Sager Creek and trading with nearby Native American tribes. John Brown University (JBU) was founded in 1919 as a private, interdenominational, Christian liberal arts college in the city. Today, Siloam Springs is known for its efforts to preserve and revitalize the city's historic downtown and as a promoter of the arts via Sager Creek Arts Center and the JBU art gallery. The community is located on the western edge of the growing Northwest Arkansas metropolitan area and has had a population increase of 47% to 15,039 between the 2000 and 2010 censuses.

Had the half pizza and salad. Chicken Cordon Blue pizza, it was great, nice thin crust very flavorful. Salad was ok, nothing special. Thank you for choosing to dine with us. We appreciate you and thank you for your review. We are so glad that you enjoyed your pizza. We are sorry that your salad was ok. We use locally grown produce for our salad mix to help support other small business and to keep our products fresh. Can't expect much in a small town, I suppose. Wasn't terrible just hoped for better. Not really much choice when staying in a hotel.

3. Torpedoes
We are a new sub shop in Siloam Springs, AR. We have homemade potato salad and meatballs!

Torpedoes just opened and the food is great. They make their own bread every day and their sandwich selection is very good. They have added a loaded baked potato and some salad options to the menu as well. They even have a kids' mini torpedoe that is perfect for younger children. You pick the meats and cheese you want on your sandwich and they make it to order. Service was good and pretty quick.

Razorback Pizza has been in Siloam for a number of years, but mostly as a delivery only location. It has recently moved to a new location with a salad bar and several tables. I went with some friends for lunch one day and really enjoyed their salad bar. I decided to get take out a few days later. I ordered a large grilled chicken salad and 3 gluten free pizzas. After I got the order home, I realized that two of the pizzas were burnt, one almost to the point it couldn't be eaten. They have also changed the chicken salad. It used to have extremely good grilled chicken, but this time it was very dry and had taco seasoning on it which tasted odd with the ham and bacon that was also on the salad. While I was disappointed that the food was not as good as I expected, I was the most upset with the fact that it was the manager that was working on my order, and he sent it out the door in that condition. I won't give up on them yet, it might have just been a bad night. But my first impression was not good.
