My husband and I stopped there after browsing Putnam Lake. As we entered the restaurant we wanted to turn around and go to another place--the looks are hard core and local customers were sitting at the bar. We decided to give it a chance--surprisingly they have a back yard with a lovely water fountain. It was a nice sunny day and we enjoyed sitting in the shade of the tree. We ordered pasta and didn't expect much. Man, were we wrong! Both dishes were d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s.!!! The waitress was nice and kind and we left with full bellies so don't get deceived by the first look when you enter!

we have been long time visitors of this restaurant and we have introduced many friends to our favorite italian restaurant. I have never been disappointed and I am always excited to try different meals every time we go. The quality of the food is undeniable and we are blessed to have a such a decent restaurant in our area

I've been living in Pawling eleven years and have tried the other local pizza places, but Guadino really has the best, He serves large salads that are luscious, pizza exactly the way I like it. He has my vote.

I heard about their notorious steak Margherita sandwich so I had to try it. I have never been to Vinny's before and this was my first (definitely not my last). When I walked in it reminded me of a deli from Arthur Ave in the Bronx. Canister of fresh to serve olive oil, imported Italian delicacies, fresh pastries, fresh mozzarella to sample (a light, creamy soft textured and milky flavor served at room temperature) and much more to list (it will take 5 or more pages).Vinny and the staff greeted me as if I was family or a regular customer. I truly felt welcomed and appreciated. I asked for their famious steak sandwich. Steak Margherita is thinly shaved steak cooked to perfection on a (and I must say as an Italian) perfectly cooked garlic bread with melted fresh store made mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, tender yet crunchy delicious sweet grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms topped with fresh store made marinara sauce and finally, fresh basil and peppery arugula. This I must say is one of my top 3 favorite sandwiches.I will definitely recommend stopping in and visit the staff (to me my extended family) and try their sandwich and fresh mozzarella.

I visited this place when it first opened and wasnât overly thrilled! Now that some time went by, we decided to give it another try and we were glad we did! I was part of a large group (13 people) there were two people working and both of them helped us until we were done before moving onto the next group. I loved this because I hate when one person helps the entire group and then the last person who orders is basically eating by themselves. They also let us try a few different flavors before deciding and there was plenty of room/ seating for all of us! I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because I found the flavors to be good, but nothing really stood out to be amazing or out of this world!

As one reviewer said. .. can't judge a book by its cover. So true of Rocco's. The owners are so friendly and attentive. .. the Greek salad was covered in chunks of feta with a delicious homemade dressing. Pizza light and crisp. .. sauce perfect. Chicken parm hero was stuffed full of tender chicken. This was our second visit here and it is my favorite spot in Patterson for delicious food, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. For those interested, they do serve wine and beer. You will not be disappointed. .. all freshly, homemade.

I discovered this restaurant when I had to take my son to play baseball nearby. I had lunch there (ravioli, salad, bread) and everything was freshly-prepared and delicious. I brought my son there for pizza after his game, and he enjoyed his food as well. The interior of the restaurant is much larger and "fancier" than it appears from the outside, and is suitable for a nice Sunday lunch with family. We saw a number of families enjoying a meal together during our two visits this weekend. The menu includes most standard Italian main courses, not just pizza.
