Stopped after a wedding for a quick snack. The service and pizza were good. One of the few places in town open past 10:00

Welcome to The Valley Cork! Our wine bar/restaurant is located on Main Street and is the perfect place to come and explore our extensive wine list and enjoy our excellent food menu. All of our wines (over 60) are available by the glass, bottle, or to go!
Lovely venue with very knowledgable friendly staff. Their menu has a whole host of cheese boards, sandwiches, and delicious snacks. Their All Cheese Board was exceptional, espeically paired with our wine. They offer wine flights for a very reasonable price. Their wines are from all over the United States and Europe. If you are driving through the area, it is worth a stop in to try something different ! It will not disapoint.

I place an order at 12:00, specifically told them I needed it to arrive by 1:30. They told me it would be there by 1:00. I only get 1/2 hour for lunch and it is a specific time, I cannot adjust the time. The food arrived at 1:40. When we called at 1:20 to see where it was they said "it's almost ready". Really? When the food arrived, while it was hot, it tasted horrible. The chicken tasted like it had been kept in a freezer for 6 months. Terrible.

Trying to find something other than a fast food restaurant in Luray proved to be a bit of a challenge. We lucked into "Anthony's" and had an enjoyable lunch. I had the antipasto salad (salad with provolone, salami and ham). Other guests with me had an eggplant parmesan sub; a sausage and peppers sub and Italian wedding soup. All were quite tasty and we enjoyed them. Shared a canoli for dessert and it was good too. Good value, good service, and good food. Glad we stumbled upon it!
