This restaurant was recommended by our innkeepers and in fact, is her favorite place to eat. It is a bit pricey, but it has a very nice atmosphere and the food is wonderful. The hosts were very attentive and were able to make suggestions about the menu.

My friend and I went for lunch here. I had been to the tavern for dinner a while ago, but am happy to report both times meant very good food. For lunch we had Chicken Caesar Wraps, which had the surprise addition of bacon. The combination of flavors was very pleasing, and I'm not a huge fan of bacon. I asked for mine to be light on the dressing, and that request was honored. They were not busy, and I felt the food service could have been a little faster, but this was not a big problem.Shanks will be celebrating their 205 Anniversary in 2019! Simple fare in an old world atmosphere. We hope you can stop by again soon!

Think of an old fashioned boarding house with an attached Bar and Grill. That is Bully's. Good food ,good service and very reasonable prices. Don't overlook the historical bio on back of menu.Thank you for the kind words. Cheers
