When visiting Guardamar we usually eat at Rodero which is next to Sabor. Today though we decided to try Saborâs Menu del Dia and we were not disappointed. For just 10 Euros our lunch included a very tasty veal stake which was perfectly cooked plus the cheesecake was simply superb. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Sabor is now our favourite restaurant in Guardamar!

Nam gastrobar has a contemporary design throughout offering an unusual tapas style menu. The food was delicious although slightly alternative in its choices and the aubergine and honey tempura was excellent. We voted the Sangria 9/10 and we tried many all over Guardamar! It wasnât on the menu and they couldnât make us up a jug but they did make us a glass each which was lovely. The service was very good indeed and the waiter was very helpful. This restaurant has a small area outside if you wanted to stand and have a drink or you eat inside where there is air con. The loos were down a flight of stairs and although looked good from the outside are in need of renovation and let the decor down. Dear diner, Thank you very much for your detailed opinion/review of Ãam. We are glad that your experience met your expectations and we hope to see you soon again. Second visit to this restaurant in as many years. The design is quirky and fun. The staff are very attentive and the atmosphere is relaxed. My husband ordered the ribs and I had the entrecôte steak see pictures attached both are huge pieces of meat. The menu does not do the potion size justice which is a fab surprise but also it could be such a put off too. The ribs were beautifully tender and delicious the wedges are very dry and I think some veg or a different texture to accompany the dish would assist with a texture change as the ribs are so big itâs the same taste from start to finish. Also might be a good idea to share or offer half a rack of ribs?My steak again was large and very tasty. It was on the bone which I didnât realise and it tasted really good but as I neared the bone it was blue. I had asked for medium but this was a lot under which normally I would eat but the sinews were very visible.Over all a really good experience.

Excellent service, amazing coeliac menu, generous free tapas, amazing value. Enjoyed salad, spaghetti, omelette and ice cream. Very hassle free for coeliacs and gluten free beer. All my dreams come true. Have been a few times and always good with very friendly service. Remember having a great mojito here too.

Popped into Guardamar to see what Platform 1 could offer us for lunch.We weren't disappointed!I had liver, bacon, onions with new pots and peas which was cooked to perfection. Lovely welcoming interior with friendly bar staff. The chef excelled himself, we will definitely be back!

Have visited and recommended this restaurant many times and would always have the rib eye steak (although I'm usually a fillet fan). The rib eye is SO tasty and tender it has to be one of the best steak restaurants for miles around. Tonight, however, one of our group had the veal t-bone and it was delicious and definitely my meal of choice for the next visit.The meats, delicious well priced house Rioja and the attentive friendly staff make this a first class restaurant

So far this is the best restaurant we've tried in the area, by far!A family of 11 people and everybody happy. The young ones got their orders first....great idea, gave parents and grandparents time for ourself when having ours. The service is friendly, cheerful and the "Camareros" always on the lookout.I include a pic of my steak which was cooked to perfection, exactly as I ordered it. I will definitely dine here again!Five stars guys!
