Podkarpackie Voivodeship or Podkarpackie Province (in Polish: województwo podkarpackie [vɔjɛˈvut͡stfɔ pɔtkarˈpatskʲɛ]), also known as Subcarpathian Voivodeship or Subcarpathia Province, is a voivodeship, or province, in extreme-southeastern Poland. Its administrative capital and largest city is Rzeszów. (Historically Lwów was the administrative center of this part of Poland, but after 1945, when Lwów became part of the Soviet Union, that city's role was relinquished to Rzeszów).

well how lucky i was that in this pretty but dreary town there was such a restaurant with such nice service....i ate there both nights....the veal wasnt quite up to snuff but thats true in most italian restaurants.....but the pasta, soups and house wines were excellent....and for the price!....did not try the pizza....there was a very nice fair haired,skinned waiter that made my visits there very comfortable

Restaurant Monarchia is a very special place, where you can make the real journey to the past – and you feel like in the first days of 1906 . Shows the forgotten traditions of CK traditional kitchen. This the only place in the region, and probably in Poland, you can taste old recipes of Polish, Austrian and Hungarian kitchen, very characteristic for past times. Restaurant menu includes traditional Hungarian fish soup, goulash soup in the kettle, other Hungarian goulashes, Vienna cutlet with the cold potato salad and touch of Czech kitchen like knedlik ( ban on a steam).

So far the best restaurant in Przemysl i visited. Outside the city centre, well located in a nice neighbourhood. Good food - Polish cuisine - ( pierogi, herring, duck) - good wine ( Hungarian). Place worth visiting i guess.

Visited here in a party of 7 for family dinner on a Saturday evening. What a wonderful restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious. Various starters were had, but the one that particularly was excellent was the liver and onion one, just perfect. Pierogi (meat and ruskie) again was flawlessly cooked and very tasty. Service also great.

They do not pretend being something else. They just make pizza. And they do it really competently. I mean it... you won't find anything else but 30 varieties of pizza. The two I've tried were very good. Clean place with simple but nice decor dominated by tricolore. Located just a bit away front the city's very centre, near the railway station.

Second time eating at this restaurant. It did not disappoint. Same delicious pierogi's as two years ago. Next year when I am in Rzeszow again, I will make it a point to come back here. Delicious........

Evening in Rzeszów? Wanna grab something substantial to eat and have few Guinness beers while doing that? Definitely go to Irish Pub! They know a thing or two about their meat and they'll happily use that knowledge to please your taste buds.
Whenever you want to feel the atmosphere of genuine Irish Pub while in Rzeszow - this is the place for you.
Excellent choice of whisky, awesome food including their own recipe for pizza dough based on guinness. From appetizers to different meats, they have it all.
The bartenders also know their job. Other then pouring beer and whisky they'll also fix you with a tasty drink if that is your choice.
I definitely recommend visiting this place!

They dont have a need for customers and its not quite easy to find a free table. Meal was tasty, salads a bit too overcombinated,tomato soup and chlodnik soup delitious. The only weak side of our experience fas the waitress.Nice, but muddy, slow ant total not empathic. But...she is not the only one there, you may have more lucky day as we did.:)
