Me and my boyfriend came and celebrated my birthday in playa del Carmen all the way from Richmond, Virginia. Our server was Elizabeth and she was great ! Very nice and attentive and super sweet !!! Great service and great place to come eat and the drinks are very good !! My husband and I spent 11 weeks in Mexico Jan, Feb and March. The beaches were blanketed with heavy loads of seaweed. So, we scoured the area in search of the some roof top pool bars to cool off. At first it seems a little like every other roof top pool in Playa Del Carmen, but Deck 5 is anything but. We wandered in one day to meet a group of friends and was immediately greeted by a friendly waitress (Mica) with a big smile. She took our order and returned often to ask if we needed anything. Thatâs a huge plus since it rarely happens anymore. After that day it became a regular spot for us a few times a week. Mica is personable and attentive, she even remembered our drinks when we returned. The food is consistently delicious. My husband always looked forward to going back for the burger. The atmosphere is totally comfortable like a party. They have a DJ that starts around 2pm spinning tunes to keep the place rocking. Ticks all the boxes. Beautifully set up restaurant, super helpful and friendly staff, big thanks to Darwin for your help guiding us through the menu and especially with the craft beers - massive selection! And most importantly, totally delicious burgers made with care. Fries are some of the best weâve had too, both regular and sweet potato. Good selection on the menu so plenty of reasons to come back and price is reasonable. One not to miss in Playa and thankfully well away from 5th Avenue and itâs overpriced food, some where we always try and avoid. 100% recommendation from us!

The salad and hot food bar has huge selection that I decided it was enough for me. And it was. My husband and daughter had the full service with seafood and meat and they said it was better than some famous churrascarÃas in Houston.The service was also excellent, friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. They also have the best restroom in Playa.We are pleased to know that your experience with us was to your liking. I visited Harry's while with my mother in playa del carmen, we had read a review on here but didn't really know much. When we arrived it was a little hard to find but there was a man who showed us the way. On arrival we were greeted by our waiter Omar, the service was excellent throughout and the recommendation was spot on. The bread that was brought out to begin with was beautiful and you could tell it had been made fresh. When the steaks arrived they are carved infront of you and they ask multiple times if everything is alright with them, which it very much was. One of the best steaks I've ever had the pleasure of eating and would definitely return and reccomend to anybody looking for amazing quality meat and service. When we stopped in to Rockaâs it was because we were hot, tired, and hungry, and it was the closest thing.....and Iâm SO glad we did!! Everything was stellarâthe jerk chicken had exactly the right seasoning and heat, the coconut shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were to die for. Not only was the food good, but the service was excellent as well! The chef came out personally to greet us, and to ensure the food was up to par (which it was, and beyond!) My husband and I are not tropical creatures and probably looked it....so the waiter was kind enough to set up a fan right next to outlet table, which was much appreciated :) overall a fantastic and authentic dining experience, and we canât recommend it highly enough!
