Everything about this place is great. It is very nice and clean. The food and service is also amazing. Our waiter Fernando was an amazing and very friendly. This food came quickly and was delicious. The live the band was very good and played some great song. Myself and my husband have just returned to our hotel room after having an evening out on 5th Avenue. Having been told about Sur we thought we would try it and we cant be happier. The food is amazing, literally the best steak I have ever had! This is now my favourite place to eat in the world. If you like steak this is a restaurant you have to go to.The service was exceptional 'Jorge' our waiter was brilliant. Top class service and Sur should be proud to have such a great person working for them. They made our night even more special after discovering it was our honeymoon. We will be back before we return home.

Being 3 years since our last visit, back we were last night. Like most everything in PDC, everything has gone down hill.Starting with chicken wings, deep fried to almost parchment, dry and flavorless.Followed by buritos and french fries. Took a while. Fries arrived cold, bruritos also bereft of flavor. NOW! how hard is it to cook two items and get them to the table, fresh and toasty warm? How hard? Well for Mr Dogfood, it is nigh impossible.

Not the best buffet at a Mexican you'll go for, not that much choice, breakfast was pretty much the same thing every day, food at night ok but compared to other buffets at restaurants in Cancun, not up to their standard.
