We ate at the Israelit last year when we were in Eilat, and decided to return. The two of shared a mushroom in hummus with pine nuts appetizer, along with the on-the-house pittot.My companion had the lamb shishlik; unfortunately, the lamb was tough and was served with roasted vegetables and potatoes. I had the fillet sea bream and it was grilled to perfection. A glass of rose complemented the fish. Unfortunately, herbal tea was not available.

I ate Angus hamburger with chedder cheese and it was one of the Best ate here in israel. The burger was so delicious and juicy, it was whole made of entricote meat. I took also the agadir franch fries and it was great. Service was nice and the place and location are awesome. Definitely i'll be back.

went there for dinner in the middle of the week on February (which is dead season in Eilat) therefore we were among the very few dining there. We got full attention of several very nice waiters so no complains about service or waiting time. All was very quick, efficient and polite. The price was, well.... higher than what we could find if we had chosen to dine in some local hidden gem further into the neighborhoods, but that's how the business goes.. if you choose to stay on a tourists' rout you pay more. Anyhow the quality was worth the money.

We arrived with the kids for lunch and it's not our first time. Once again, we all enjoyed from the food. The kids dish was enough, the "regular" dishes were big enough and tasty. We had the "healthy" one that came with green salad tat was too sweet and vienna schnitzel that arrived with spicy wings, rice, fries and greens. So, you do get value for money but the problem was that the place wasn't clean and they had some broken glass on the floor which was also bit slippery and no one of the staff mined that. The service was fast and as always with smile.

Arrived late in Eilat after a 6-year hiatus. The folks at Kibbutz Elot, where we're staying, recommended The Brewery for dinner. The menu is extensive, but a bit limited for vegetarians. After the free 6-beer tasting, we ordered dinner: veggie burritos. They were delicious. Our omniverous companions had vegetarian Carpaccio, an egg plant dish, and then stir-fried mussels. Both brought big thumbs-up. We finished with a shared chocolate fondant. An added treat was music provided by the remarkable U Live band. They are consummate musicians and played at reasonable volume levels. In all, we had a delightful evening and highly recommend The Brewery.

Tsuf the manager took care of us! We had a party of 12 and had dinner on a Friday night. Service was very good, beer cold and food very good. 250 gram Burgers, schnitzel and babaganoush weâre great. Salmon and salads very good. Breakfast is served all day. Prices very reasonable.
