The half chicken was OK, the the chicken schnitzel was a bit boring. We had our dog with us, no problem. An OK place, but not out if the ordinary. There was many other guests. Very popular I would say.

I and a few friends stopped here for dinner one night after we couldn't find our intended destination for dinner. The safe speaks very little English but if you know a little German then you'll get by. All four of us had something different and it was all very very tasty!! I'm still not really sure what we all had except that two of us had steak and two had pork. It was so deliscious!!

Es gibt Lokale, die man eigentlich nicht bewerten möchte, damit man immer einen Tisch bekommt und sich nicht zu viele Menschen dort drängeln. Die Dorfstube gehört dazu. Wir haben telefonisch reserviert und konnten bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Karte ist nicht groÃ, aber die Speisen sind von sehr guter Qualität. Auch deswegen, weil die Ausgangsprodukte gut sind. Biologisch und regional wird gekocht. Die beiden Besitzerinnen strahlen eine Zufriedenheit aus, die auf die Gäste abfärbt. Auch Hahn Helmut ist einen kurzen Besuch wert !

We spend two weeks in this part of Germany and visited this bistro quite often. The dishes are really good, the collection of beers is large and the price is very friendly. That a lot of locals can be find at this bistro tells something. The waiter is at some times a little bit blunt, but this is - i think - with a lot of humor. The service is good. Lastly: we could sit here for an entire evening, have a burger or Schnitzel with a salad on the side, drink each 1.5 l of beer for under â¬40.

Mitten im Wald an einem kleinen See liegt die Fischerhütte. Selbstbedienung, kleine Speisekarte.Abseits touristischer Massen verbirgt sich hier ein ruhiger Platz.

Went for a walk in the woods and came across this wonderful place. They specialize in local procured foods and beer and did not disappoint. I had the bratwurst and German potato salad with a beer. Just enough to walk back up the hill to the Kloster.

Lovely German restaurant in the Rhoen.Only went for some coffee and strudel and although fully booked they made space for us to have a table for a little while.portions looked very generous!

Clean room, good parking, nice breakfast. This guesthouse sets you up for nice walks in Biscofsheim. I love to walk the town at dark. A few ok restaurants nearby. It is an easy drive up to Kreuzberg, Wasserkuppe, or Osterberg ruins.
