We went here for my partnerâs 50th, and she is vegan. I was amazed at the care and attention given to us to make us feel welcome. This place was not only able to make an amazing food for the vegan, but all other meals were top notch! When asking the waitress about local wines she fetched the owner and he recommended the perfect bottle for the meal. Loved it! But the topper of the whole evening is that we forgot a phone on the table and the waitress ran down the road to return it to us. That is what I call FULL SERVICE!!! Amazing!!!

We have eaten at most of the restaurants in and around Les Carroz and this is our clear favourite. Excellent food and an interesting menu - the typical Savoie dishes, but other choices too. The children's menu is also very good and thoughtfully put together. Managed to secure a table for two at L'outa a very quaint, family run business, nice to be in the Alps and be offered a choice of meals not just the traditional local rustic offerings, which can be slightly cheese and meat heavy! Saffron risotto with scallops, Huge Gambas with pesto linguini and some rather nice Mediterranean rose, nice mid week treat.

Our chalet staff recommended and booked this forward and initially a bit disappointed as looking for traditional mountain far, but how wrong could I be. We ordered a number of dishes to share and were all absolutely spot on, one of the best meals Iâve had in the alps. Add to that some decent beers and very reasonably priced wine (cheaper than the chalet honesty bar) and canât go wrong. Simply awesome! Will be returning when next in Morzine.
