Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we were very pleased with the choice. The staff were very nice and attentive, the wine was great and the food was delicious. The only thing that could have been better was a salad or vegetable to accompany the main course.4/4 starsThank you

Dined with a group of 15 in this lovely restaurant that has been brought back to life by the new owners. The food was lovely and the service was excellent. So pleased that La Fleche now has yet another fine eating place.

It was getting late for lunch on our arrival in La Flèche and we needed a snack for lunch. We walked around for a while in search of something that fitted the bill. It was a very hot and sunny day, and we soon felt weary and needed a cool drink and shade. We chose this bar / restaurant simply to get out of the sun, more than for its menu or the way the place looked. Once we got out of the sun and had some water we felt better and ordered food. We were on the patio/terrace at the front of the restaurant and boy were we glad that we were. There inside bar area was practically deserted apart from one family with very loud and disruptive children who shouted and screamed everything they said: it must have been hell for the bar staff. My partner had the duck salad which to be fair looked very good, she did say she enjoyed it and the plate was cleared by the time she finished.I had the pork hock cocotte which was tasty, and very acceptable with a few chips. The meals were chosen from the Plats du Jour and were good value. The service was adequate and pleasant and our waiter seemed busy all the time and he kept the tables clear (always a blessing because less flies are attracted).
