Best Fusion restaurants nearby. Discover the best Fusion food in Melbourne. View Menus, Photos and Reviews for Fusion restaurants near you.. Melbourne is proud of its neighborhood precincts, each offering a unique cultural experience. No other city in Australia has such clearly defined areas. This could be because Melbournians are both worldly in their outlook yet tribal in their local loyalties – as seen in the fanatical support for their local AFL football clubs. Here history is cared for and exemplified in the originality of diverse neighborhoods – each has a unique face but all of them will greet you with a smile.

Exceptional food and staff...could not fault this restaurant. Great value with their $65 deal for two people with meals that kept all the taste buds firing. Would highly recommend if you are doing a night out at the theatre or even just a nice dinner out.

Kazuki's has relocated to Melbourne. Bringing the sensibility of his native Japan to a menu that sings with the best Australian produce, Chef Kazuki strives for balance and simplicity. A slow restaurant on a fast street, Kazuki’s is a place where flavours

Supernormal

I have been to Supernormal several times, and have had amazing experiences when dining in a pair. However, I have spent two separate Birthdays here, with groups of 7-9 people, and both times have been extremely disappointing.I feel when you are in a larger group, everything is rushed, and the dishes are of much poorer quality. On my second Birthday dinner here, not one staff member mentioned my Birthday, despite stating it when booking via email. While I do not expect any form of free items for a celebration, I do expect at least some form of acknowledgement.Having ordered the banquet with the exact same items in a group of 2 and a group of 7-9, it is impossible not to notice the difference in quality. I gave this restaurant the benefit of the doubt after my first Birthday here, but after a terrible experience the second time, I feel the need to say something.Working in the hotel industry, I love to recommend this restaurant to guests. However, after these experiences, I am very hesitant to do so.
