I used to like Randalls in years past. I was passing buy and thought I would order something. That was my mistake. I just ordered cheese curds and a raspberry shake. No one was waiting for food but shortly after I ordered a number of people arrived. I waited for just under 20 minutes for my food. After 15 minutes I approached the staff for my food as it was sitting on the shelf to be handed out and a number of people looked at it but did nothing with it. Instead they handed out the other orders. I finally go my food. It was cold, the cheese curds were one mass of melted cheese and breading, no single curds. They must of used frozen raspberries for the shake as the raspberries were still frozen and I had chunks of ice in my shake. The flavor was off. It was so bad I had to throw it away.If you are in the area, go to one of the Culver's restaurants instead. It is much better and their service is better than Randalls. The new owners are not running a good business.

The food was actually quite well done for a fast food restaurant. The staff were not very enthusiastic about their role in the restaurant. The person taking our order did nothing but yawn as we placed our order. When we asked a question she just stared blindly at us. Not a good way to greet the customer.
