Staying at La Pyramid, we wanted to try the Michelin 2 star restaurant. Unfortunately, our stay was on a Wednesday, the only night the restaurant is closed So we opted for their bistro restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised. While the menu is simple (every food and wine category follows the "rules of 3", i.e. 3 appetizers, 3 mains, 3 deserts, etc.) every dish was very well prepared, the portions were very generous and the prices were low. The Michelin 2 star heritage clearly came across in the quality of ingredients, presentation, and preparation. No, the food was not gourmet (and bistro food is not supposed to be), but it was great in every way. Service too, was competent and friendly

Ate here this evening on recommendation from our hotel. the Maitre is just fantastic, so welcoming, helpful and with a lovely sense of humour. We had the Criques, fillet steak and Foie gras. Both to die for, and every plate that came out looked magnificent. if you are in Vienne definitely worth a visit.

We my wife and I, stayed in this perfect Hotel for the second time, last year we arrived too late to eat in the gourmet restaurant.This year we made better planning. And what a perfect dinner - nice'st service and a humble and caring chefs who visited our table before our departure.The food was an fantastic experience, with several appetizers, Starter.Snails wrapped with cheese, garlic and parsil was an experienced out of the normal.Main course.3 different kind of lobsters. A devined pleasure for both eyes and taste. Especially the lobster Bisk... A great non upscaled 2 Star Michelin restaurants - where good and services are in Focus.Love it and will be back next year.

C'est surprenant car ce restaurant propose depuis plusieurs mois un buffet portugais à volonté et ma foi c'est notre deuxième passage et je dois avoué que le buffet est vraiment très bien. De nombreux plats chauds ainsi qu'un assortiment d'entrée très bien fourni et en dessert des pâtisseries et des fruits frais, pour nous des pasteis de nata avec un rajout de cannelle accompagnés d'un café pour finir ce bon repas et en prime le digestif offert par la direction.Un service très agréable et prévenant car a notre arrivée on nous a installé un ventilateur par cette canicule.Bravo pour le service et la qualité des plats.

Really ticked all boxes. I had a quick lunch in this restaurant before catching a train and wasn't disappointed. Opted for faux filet a point and got a very juicy and deliciius piece of meat with french fries and mushed potatoes. This plus tomato juice and a cup of coffee brought my chech to 23.5 euros, quite reasonable and less expensive I would pay for the same quality in Lyon. Definetely will come here again in one of my next visits to Vienne.Thank you very much ! We are so glad you liked it... Looking forward to see you again at Le Coin du BÅuf ;-)

La salle est bruyante. Le personnel est professionnel.La carte n'a aucun intérêt. Le haché au couteau est ni plus ni moins qu'un steak haché... servi sans sauce avec des pommes de terre cuites à l'eau. J'ai dû insisté pour avoir un petit récipient de sauce....Le buffet de dessert ne propose que des gâteaux sans saveur et un peu sec.Le seul intérêt du restaurant est d'être dans l'hôtel mais si vous pouvez aller en ville.

What a delightful experience. Impeccable service, delicious Menu du Jour (tuna salad, beef bourginon, wine, flan, coffee)...all outstanding. Not to be missed. A great lunch break when driving from Provence to Beaune.

Good food at reasonable price. Large portions and nice presentation. Desserts are specially good and generous. The foie is incredible. Service is correct and the maitre is really kind. Is not far from the highway and is a much better option than a highway restaurant.
