Stopped here for lunch whilst waiting for the bridge to open for our holiday cruiser to go through.Small on the outside but a lovely patio area through the restaurant. We chose the 29 e menu and both started with duck (3 ways) salad, delicious. We also both had the steak, huge and perfectly cooked with chips. I had the Lavender creme brulee and my husband had a refreshing ice cream and orange dessert. The service was very good and we enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant (they had a very cute little dog as well!)

We stopped here after driving all morning for a lunch on our way home on 1st May weekend. Nice little restaurant in the beach area of Frontignan. Open parking opposite. We sat on the terrace so the car was in view. The restaurant has a large dining area with an outside undercover terrace. Quick service, ample choice. We both had the cuttlefish platter with vegetables and salad. It was a big serving, copious, bit hard to finish it all. Very nice. I had not had that dish served like that before then. Nice lunch for a reasonable price of less than 50 euros for two including a glass of wine and coffee. Good address.

A modern restaurant on the beach. I agree with some others that the prices are higher than average in the region. Services have to improve wine was not served to taste. Plate decorations were perfect but need more attention on the wine glass, the were having some water marks and the quantity of a glass of wine rather less than a normal restaurant in France. As the wash room installed at the entrance of the restaurant people were passing with their swimming clothes often through the tables.Sine it was in the high season I would like to go once again in a off season to see the services.

I cannot really communicate just how good this place is. Excellent fresh ingredients combined in thoughtful ways, a tasty wine list. A tomato and burrata salad that melted in the mouth, a delightfully tender saltimbocca washed down with a sympathetic organic vin de table, served with knowledge, intelligence and enthusiasm - they made for a wonderful evening in Frontignan

Our third visit to Bistro Fanny and once again nothing to complain about, service was prompt and polite, and the food typically bistro with the usual suspects on the menu including steaks, burgers, ravioli, baked camenbert, duck, steak tartare and so on. All our meals were served with a fresh salad and fries. The dishes we had were fresh, well prepared and well presented. The meals were generous leaving little room for dessert but that's not a complaint. This bistro set in a small square close to the town hall is a typical locals haunt and delivers a good and consistent product at very reasonable cost. You won't find reason to find fault here, we'd return any time.

Went here based on TripAdvisor reviews. It was just ok. Our party were bitten by ants under our table very shortly after being seated outdoors over an any nest. Food was of reasonable quality but nothing special in any way. Hope to find better places whilst here but at a 4.5 rating it may be difficult.

What we love about Sète is its unpretentiousness. It is NOT "cute". Rather, it is still an authentic, working fishing port. Thus, while all of the canalside restaurants are in the tourist trade, they haven't transformed the place into something ridiculously twee. We had put Delices de Jade on our list of possible lunch restaurants, and when our hotel recommended it, we felt even better about it. It was December 21, and it was warm enough not only to eat outside, but to do so in a T-shirt and jeans -- I would have worn shorts had I been prepared. So I have no idea what the place is like inside. The owner and the staff are really extremely friendly and welcoming. I decided to go the whole hog: A Sètoise thing called a tielle, which is a kind of octopus pie. I don't know what the best version of a tielle should be like, but I think that Delices de Jade's version is probably only pretty good, though its accompanying salad was very good. I also had 6 oysters on the side which were quite good though they could have been more chilled. As a main dish I had the bourride de lotte, which was fantastic. I thought I could squeeze dessert in, but, as in all restaurants in France, the dessert portion was enormous: an excellent pear-and-chocolate clafoutis with three huge dollops of chantilly on the side. The 3-course menu was 27 euros, plus 9 for the oysters a la carte, plus 4 for a draft beer. So 40 euros total. I think that's pretty darn good. We'd try Delices de Jade again the next time we're in Sète.
