Amazing restaurant set in the charming Old Town of Mouans-Sartoux. Set in a cozy dining room with the open kitchen. The owner presented us with lavender champagne to start. Delightful fruity flavor. The aperitif was followed by several amazing courses. My lamb was perfectly cooked. The chocolate dessert was also amazing. After our dessert we were presented with a delicious buttery Madeline. Overall a fanatastic dining experience!

This is relatively new, on the same site as a previous restaurant. We had a fabulous time. The service was swift attentive and knowledgable. We ate indoors as it was raining but the environment is absolutely charming.The food was amazing. The amuse-bouches (there were lots of them) were first class. I particularly liked the panacotta, tarragon mousse and apple emulsion with melon. My main course was an absolute delight.I wish this restaurant every success. It deserves it. Fabulous location near Valbonne with magnificent views from the splendid terrace.We were there with seven other friends for lunch on a Friday which comes with a set menu offering a alternative meals for three courses or two if preferred.We choose a varied selection, entrees of Salmon, Squid Carpaccio, Beef Tartare were excellent. The main course of Lamb was disappointing, very dry and overcooked. The Rose flowed the service was very good and the whole experience was really nice and certainly not over expensive for what you get here.A must visit if in the Valbonne area.Dear Peter C,Thank you so much for your opinion about our restaurant.Yes, we are located between Grasse, Mouans-Sartoux, Valbonne Sophia-Antipolis.We have a lunch menu from start 21⬠- 2 dishs or 28⬠- 3 dishs and the lunch menu change every months with sesaonnal and local products.For the lamb we are also disappointing because this is a candied lamb who cook for 12 hours and the meat is very tender.We hope to see you again,Have a nice days,Best regards
