nice spot for a quick lunch, the food is pretty good and the service is acceptable. We chose from the lunch menu- Garlic chicken and Kung Po chicken, It is good food - not exceptional and typical chinese but still good and the prices are ok too.

Went as a family and found it a bit odd. Back ground music underlined this: Greensleeves and Annies Song pan pipe music??? Won tons turned out to be giant Dorrito type things, not want we expecting. The food was actually pretty good. House Special beef was good. Menu choices were a bit limited compared to any other chinese restaurant I've been to. Price was very reasonable though.

A comfy, family run restaurant that has been thriving despite its poor location for probably twenty years now. I still remember the first time my friends and I decided to try it out, some time after Pan's closed and didn't have a decent Chinese restaurant in our rotation. We didn't expect much from place so far from "civilization" but the very first bite shock me. I could hardly believe that it was so good (I think it was princess prawns). Every dish was magic. We really had stumbled upon something wonderful.

Ordered delivery dinner from New Oceanic restaurant. Delicious vegetarian (Garlic Eggplant, Veggie Chow Mein, Kung Pau with Tofu). $8.00'ish veggie entrees. 30 minute delivery time at 6pm on a Sunday. I believe you will not be disappointed if you are seeking a delicious Chinese meal delivered to your Livermore Hotel.

This is our favorite chinese food restaurant in Livermore, been going here since I was a kid. The fast is fresh, and made quickly. You can have it delivered, or eat in. We order it every New Years Eve. My kids love it also.

There is no better Chinese restaurant in Livermore than the Canton Village. We have been eating there or getting takeout for many years and are never disappointed. It is a family run restaurant with a wide range of food and great service except for a night when they get slammed by people eating in. I am a fan of the hot and sour soup and shrimp chow fun.As with all restaurants the prices have increased but the value is still there to allow the family to get a good meal for a reasonable price. Don't come expecting anything on the menu that is not Chinese - not Mac and cheese or hamburgers found here.

Uncle Yu's has never failed to see satisfy and even accommodates off menu requests. Sometimes they are phenomenal and my wish would be that they could be so more consistently. They also have large selection of wines and an excellent bar.
